The woman was on time.

I asked her to do the bathrooms first, then dust and vacuum, then the kitchen. She asked if I wanted the refrigerator cleaned, I said only if she had time at the end.

We had a language barrier, because she started cleaning the fridge right away. I said, no, please start with the bathrooms. She nodded and kept on with the fridge.

I had errands to run, when I came back she told me she was done with the bathrooms could I take a look. I swiped my hand across the top of the medicine cabinet and there was a ton of dust. I'm not talking about the white glove treatment here, I mean a lot of dust; clearly it hadn't been done.

I have very small condo (900 square feet), and yet four hours later she was still "cleaning."

YBH has been cleaning my home for many years. I am continually impressed with their service with cleaning and communication. I am always reminded the day before my cleaning service and they let me know if they are going to be late, which is rare! I trust their service.

What an absolute joy to come home to a perfectly clean house. Anna cleans our house every other week and it's always my favorite day. My neat-freak mother, who often despairs of my ability to keep anything clean, came to visit and was very complimentary on how great the house looked!

We have only had one cleaning with YBH, and the job was done to our satisfaction. There were even small, nice touches of kindness we only noticed after the cleaner left our home sparkly 🤩, such as the toilet brush container being cleaned out, the towels being replaced. We recommend YBH Cleaning service for anyone who wants or needs someone else to do ‘all the things’ that need doing, but just does not have the time.
