We called Diane from Pow Pow asking for a quote to power wash and seal the deck of the condo we had sold. She immediately returned our call, and set up an appointment to give us an estimate the next day. She was incredibly friendly, fast, and gave us a quote that was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. We let her know it was a rush job and she scheduled us right away. The work was done beautifully, and I would highly recommend contacting this company for your power washing and sealing needs.

I have worked with many vendors over the last year to fix various issues with our building and Pow Pow is easily one of the best experiences I’ve had. (1) Pricing was fair and the quote was thorough (2) Diane provided clear written information that was easy to pass on to other members of the building and HOA. We all felt well informed throughout the project and Diane was patient and professional despite all the questions and concerns we sent her way. (3) There was follow-up after the work was completed to be sure we were happy and we are! Our newly stained deck looks gorgeous.

Floor to ceiling window cleaning for a corner unit in Lake Shore East. Dave, LSERCleaners owner, quickly responded to my inquiry for service. He did a superb job of restoring my views to streak- and film-free, as well as leaving my place exactly as it was found - no cleaning product residue or other debris from the cleaning process. The business is in the neighborhood so there's no concerns about arrival time, finding parking, etc that others outside the area (justifiably) wrangle with. Will definitely call LSER Cleaners for future jobs.

David is the best! I have a blush linen chair where guacamole had been spilled. I made a bigger mess and made the stain worst when I tried to get it out. Since David with Lakeshore East Cleaners cleaned it, I can’t even tell there was guacamole there before. He also treated stains on another chair and it looks brand new! I recommend them fully and will use them in the future.

First time using a maid service since I moved into my apartment. Much needed. I've tried to do it myself before but I just don't do as good of a job. I was referred this service and I think I'll be sticking to it! They really went above and beyond and cleaned everything in sight. Couldn't find any dirty areas anywhere. I'm a guy so believe me when I say my place needed this! Also did my best to try and pre-clean so they could get a better result. 10/10 would recommend!
