This is the third time we have used pow pow for deck cleaning and first for resealing. They are responsive, fastidious - they check every rail/plank to make sure the power wash didn’t loosen nail. We are also pleased with resealing. We are a 6 flat three story building so it’s a big project to undertake.

We have used POW! POW! for many years to power wash and seal the back decks and front balconies of our six unit condo building. We have always been very pleased with their work, their responsiveness, the pricing and the finished product. We highly recommend them.

The scheduling was pretty off. They left an entire month gap between the power washing and the sealing, and since I had to move all of my furniture and unmount all my lighting off 3 floors of decks and I didn’t want to move everything back and then off again, this meant I wasn’t using my decks for a whole month of summer. They told me it was because of rain and other customers ahead of me who were delayed because of rain, but in that case I have no idea why they would do the power washing when they couldn’t do the sealing afterwards in a timely fashion, instead of just waiting to power wash until the job could be completed.

On the actual power washing , it was OK, but they did not power wash or stain the underside of any of the decks, which seems like a shortcut or an oversight.

The pricing was exactly the same as the other quote I got from another company(only once you included the discounts for fast signing), so nothing about this experience makes me want to use this company again. Overall it was 3 months from when I paid the deposit to when the service was completed.
