Look at the photos - their team was there for 8 hours meticulously cleaning and the place looks like it was just built. Great job and made it easy for me to enjoy graduation weekend!

Maid A Mess provided me with an overall positive cleaning experience. For starters, they were extremely detailed and cleaned spaces that were hard to access (i.e. back of vent and top of counters seen in photos). For additional context, this was a condo I just purchased and remodeled, so I appreciate Maid A Mess cleaning so diligently to make me feel more welcomed!

Clay has been the kind serviceman who has serviced my mattress and carpets, now about three times in 7 months. He has been extremely professional, considerate, communicative, rates very reasonably and goes out of his way to provide fantastic service. He cleaned extra high traffic areas on my carpet that I had not requested just out of his integrity. I would absolutely recommend him.

They saved my rug! I spilt coffee on what turned out to be the most delicate material and tried cleaning it myself- making the stain even worse.

They took the rug and hand cleaned it making what could have been a ruined rug look amazing. You can tell they pay close attention to detail and have a lot of knowledge and experience on rug materials and how to properly clean them.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my rugs they really know what they are doing and set your expectations up front. Super professional and really nice people would give 10 stars if I could!

I reached out to have an older flat weave rug cleaned. The representative I spoke with was very responsive and scheduled an appointment promptly. My rug came back looking brand new. They did a fabulous job and it was in excellent condition.

Carpet Cleaning Chicago cleaned two of my rugs that had pet stains. They picked up and brought back the rugs right in a timely fashion. The rugs looked and smelled like new! Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!
