I was satisfied with my carpet cleaning. I have an older area rug that I wanted to get a another year or two out of before tossing and this helped me achieve that. I called Johnny on the Spot and he responded quickly and cleaned my ryg ahead of time. Both pick up and delivery was smooth with professional workers, they even moved my couch to get it out at pick up and then again at delivery. Highly recommend!

These guys came the next day and rolled up my 5x8 heavy black shag area rug (that had been down for 8 years!) took it to there warehouse and cleaned the living day lights out of it!! It’s like brand new. I’ve had carpet cleaners come in and clean it on site - never again!
They even took their shoes off. Totally profession and in time. Had my carpet back the following week all wrapped up and smelling amazing.

Very positive experience. I had two area rugs taken away for cleaning. One of the rugs is a Persian which is decades old and beginning to warp. We also have three dogs and many doggy guests. It's a family heirloom so I was nervous. Michael and James came out, thoroughly explained what was needed and what to expect. The rugs have been returned to me revitalized and the persian is in the best shape I've ever seen it. It even has a little bit of bounce back in the rug after the guys cut me a custom pad to preserve it. I give this small business a very enthusiastic thumbs up.

I’ve had Johnny in the Spot come out twice now to clean all my area rugs, sofas, chairs, and bench cushions. We have three teenage boys, all their friends, and two dogs and all their hair and dirt, so everything needs a good cleaning every so often just to keep the general cleanliness at a reasonable level. I had a fantastic experience with cleaning my small apartment area rug through their service. Mike was responsive and friendly. My rug had taken a beating over 2 years of dirty shoes and spills (see pictures attached) but they were able to do a phenomenal job in removing practically all the stains and discolorations from the rug and it now looks almost new (picture with coffee table). This price was extremely affordable and tremendous value. They returned it on time, exactly when they said they would. Would highly recommend!

You can see in the pictures that the area of discoloration came right out with the pretreatment (look at that nasty bucket of dirty carpet water!) and as a result, our carpet looked way better.
