Outstanding! I thought, for sure, we'd need to replace the carpet. Fortunately, I was wrong!

My carpet hadn't been cleaned for at least 5 years. It looks nearly new. Anderson was able to remove the pet stains and the grease stain that the plumber left when they replaced our hot water heater.

Anderson come with a full collection of different types of stain treatments and used them where needed. There was no extra charge for stain treatment. They don't nickel and dime you. They know what they are doing.

I HIGHLY recommend Anderson Certified.

We just used Anderson Certified Cleaning to clean two bedroom carpets and a common area carpeted staircase at our rental property. Dan and his team did an excellent job, and they really exceeded expectations. Not only were the results great, but they were able to get to our unit quickly, called in advance to confirm an exact time, and were prompt. I thought the price was fair as well. We will use them going forward for all of our carpet/rug cleaning requirements, and recommend them without hesitation.

Great experience with this group, they were so professional and very friendly. I have both a beige rug and couch and I seriously love how clean they are now! Also I just got a puppy and a lot of accidents have happened on the rug so they sprayed it down with pet stain and odor removal and it’s looking a lot fresher! I will definitely be booking them again in the future!

We have a cat and a dog so our furniture takes a fair amount of abuse. I was a please to work with Dan and his team to get our home looking fresh and clean again. I would highly recommend for their attention to detail.

I had a water issue that had potentially caused mold on my wall to wall carpet. I spoke on the phone with Dan at great length. He was patient with me and carefully explained a variety of options. Although it became apparent that it was not necessary for him to directly help me by providing contracting services, his willingness to share his knowledge and provide referrals of names of other business people that could help was greatly appreciated. When the repair work is completed, I plan to have Dan come out and clean some upholstery and rugs.

Had this company clean my carpets for my move out and were so happy with them I immediately had them do my new place. I had seriously considered replacing the carpets in both instances because of numerous pets at both locations and I honestly didn't think they could be salvaged. Instead, they look nearly brand new. These guys know their stuff, are pleasant to work with, and did a fantastic job at a more than fair price. Highly recommended!
