These ladies were great! They arrived on time, were very polite, and our place sparkled after they left. I have a young toddler and spend hours picking up after her messes. I was getting a little burned out doing the heavy cleaning and our place was looking pretty grimey. I was very pleased with Maid for Chicago. They were very detailed (we have a lot of dust, bathroom and shower needed some help). They also cleaned up around the baby's play area, which I really appreciated.

Maid for Chicago did an amazing job! Isidra and Veronica provided exceptional service and we are looking forward to our monthly cleaning service. Maid for Chicago has been by far the best cleaning service company we've found in Chicago. Suzy and Dan are absolutely fantastic to work with as well, customer centric and presented me all of my options in an easy to understand way!

We wanted a deep cleaning of our apartment as we began year #2 on our lease. They were very friendly and very thorough. Arrived on time and worked within the window provided. Apartment looks great. Would definitely use again!

I have a 2 bed 2 bath house with carpeting. I supplied my own vacuum so they didn't have to bring theirs. MFC sent 1 maid and she knocked it out in about 4-5 hours. The only special request I asked for was for the inside of the fridge to be cleaned. I can tell they are better than the others because she cleaned the little things you would not expect, such as all of the light switches, the coffee pot, towel rack holders on the wall, etc. She even cleaned the fingerprints around the doorknobs of my entry doors. Now that's attention to detail. I will definitely schedule regular cleanings with them in the future.

I just used maid for chicago for my move in cleaning. It was fantistics. I am a student, so I have to consider budget, also, I want the best service, I searched a lot and decided booked this one. I will recommend Maid for Chicago to everyone. My appointment was at 1:30 pm, the manager called me in the morning to confirm the time, and two young ladies came to my place just in time, they had bring a lot of professional cleaning stuff. I was out of my place while they cleaning, when I came back, it looks like a totally new place, they cleaned every corner, even some hard-to-reach places. The inside of my refrigerator, the closet was like new one. I am so satisfied with their service, I am thinking maybe I will set up a routine cleaning schedule. What is more, if you were a student, talk to the manager to see if you can have some extra discount.

This is the first cleaning service I have used so have nothing to compare it to, but I was satisfied both by the process of scheduling a team to come out and the work that the two employees did. I requested a deep cleaning, and they cleaned the apartment thoroughly including baseboards and the interior of the oven and refrigerator. It seemed that both the owners (upon scheduling) and the workers (upon cleaning) were willing to accommodate specific requests if made - moving things off shelves to clean shelves, etc.

We were very happy with Maid for Chicago. They did a fantastic job with the main areas and the bathrooms. The only complaint we would have is the stove was not cleaned thoroughly, but clearly something we could ask for on future cleanings. All in all we were very satisfied.

I don’t dole out reviews so quickly and try out businesses several times for consistency before I leave one. After 3 cleanings I am quite satisfied with the work MFC has provided us. Compared to my last cleaning service , they bring more supplies and do a more thorough job. Our recurring cleanings also took less time than the initial cleaning and they charged me only for that time, which came out to less than what I paid my last service at a flat rate because my last crew rushed out of the cleanings which compromised the service. We appreciate the detail they put into our cleaning such as wiping all of the window sills and ledges, vacuuming underneath the rugs, the edges of fridge, and asking us if there was anything else they needed to do or missed. The only glitch was they were late one time caused by accident on expressway, but they called to let us know; it happens, but it was considerate of them to let us know.

Maid for Chicago sent two women who thoroughly cleaned our home, even using a step ladder to dust the wood molding above our blinds and high shelving in our bookcase. They were timely and worked efficiently. The fee was very reasonable. I plan on having them come clean on a weekly basis going forward. I would highly recommend Maid For Chicago.

I have used quite a few maid services, and Maid For Chicago is hands down the best one. Sue and Dan are a pleasure to work with, they are very responsive, and flexible based on your schedule and needs. I went with the "Standard Cleaning" service and it was like I truly got the "Deep Cleaning".

Their team's attention to detail is phenomenal, they even wiped down my light and wall electrical outlets! I am a customer for life, and highly recommend their services.

My fiance and I recently moved into a new apartment and used Maid for Chicago for an initial clean after we moved all our furniture in. Marylin and Terri did a fantastic and extremely thorough job. I expected clean floors, counter-tops, etc., but everything from the baseboards to the wall sockets and light fixtures was cleaned. I was impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism, and Terri even took the time to point out areas in the shower where grout is missing that are at risk for mildew growth. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that they do laundry. We are sticking with them for recurring cleaning and couldn't be happier.

I requested a deep clean from Maid for Chicago and am overall satisfied with the level of service. Dan was very professional the entire time in assessing my needs and explaining the available options. He was able to arrange a next-day appointment for me, which was very convenient. The two cleaners, Annie and her daughter, arrived 1.5 hrs early (which happened to work out for me, but I realize that this isn't a positive for everyone). They did a great job cleaning my 500 sqft studio apartment. Overall I have no complaints with the service, and I found the cleaners to be very receptive to suggestions.

Some caveats - (1) Buyers should realize that the service has a 2 hr minimum charge (i.e. $96). My place took about 1h40min to clean. The website does list this, but it's good to be reminded of this. (2) I am a student and happened to have free time on cleaning day to let the cleaners into the apartment and supervise the entire cleaning process. This review does not speak to how the service would function if everything had to be arranged remotely (e.g. finding a way to leave keys, handling followup requests, etc.)

Overall, I would recommend this service.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. My apartment wasn't in the cleanest condition when I moved in, but both maids did a great job getting through grease in the kitchen oven and stove and parts of the bathroom I've had a hard time cleaning. Now the apartment is as clean as a whistle!

Will definitely use them again!! :)

I booked Maid for Chicago for a partial deep clean of my 3bd/2ba apartment. They sent a team of two cleaners who spent 3 hours scrubbing and refreshing my apartment. I was so happy to see my apartment in such great condition. I would definitely book them again to help keep my apartment in a clean state. My roommates agree as well! Much better than Handy's cleaning service.

We have used maid for Chicago for both deep cleans and standard cleans and every time we are so satisfied. They work so hard and are efficient but thorough. We will definitely Be continuing to use this lovely company for years to come! They are on time, easy booking and great communication.
Do yourself a favor and hire this company for their services. We have a dog that we unfortunately let on our couch often and after the cleaning the other day our couch is spotless and it looks like we don’t even own a dog :) so grateful for their hard work!

My wife and I wanted a professional cleaning after our new son was born. It was quite a handful for her to try and tackle everything at once so we went online and saw the great reviews from Maid For Chicago and gave them a try. They did not disappoint. Our house is older with a lot of wood trim everywhere. It got a little dusty after all the years so we wanted a good wipedown of them and mopping of the wood floor. We wanted a deep cleaning which included wiping down of all the wood trim. The maids only needed to dust the crown moldings and got our place sparkling. They even helped my wife with the laundry and organized around the house. We will definitely be calling them back soon.

Had a great experience with Maid for Chicago. I reached out a week in advance via e-mail of when I wanted a cleaning and worked out the finer details with Susie. I wanted a deep cleaning and some additional services (window cleaning, etc). She gave me a quote that I was satisfied with and it was as easy as that. On the morning of my cleaning, Maria and Dan showed up right on time. They clarified some questions and got started. This is the first time getting my home professionally cleaned and I am so pleased! They did a very nice job.

Maid for Chicago made it so easy to get my house cleaned!! I tried using another company first, but they weren't open on Saturdays. Maid for Chicago was open on Saturdays so I gave them a call. They were totally booked up for Saturday but the woman that answered the phone said they could come on Monday. I explained we worked during the day and that would not work out, but she suggested they drop a lock box off for the cleaners to get a key. It worked perfectly!! The cleaners came about 1 pm and did a deep clean on our two bedroom condo and left about 5:30 and it looked great! The floors sparkled, they even got the dust behind the bed and night stands. The blinds and window sills were dusted and all of those little tasks that get skipped over when you clean the house, were totally taken care of! I would recommend Maid for Chicago for any cleaning need, very reasonably priced - totally worth it :)

Monica and two other maids came to our 2 bed 1 bath apartment this weekend for a deep clean and did a great job. They were on time, got to work right away, and asked me to walk through before they were done to make sure everything met my expectations. The place was spotless when they left and they paid close attention to the details. Dan and Susan were both a pleasure to work with, as well, and were very flexible in communicating and getting everything setup. I am very pleased with the experience and am requesting another cleaning prior to my holiday party later this month. I would definitely recommend Maid for Chicago.

I've had a lot of issues with a few past cleaning companies: showing up late, scratching surfaces and not taking ownership, and just not doing a very thorough job. I found Maid for Chicago through various searches and some research and after reading all of the great reviews I thought I'd give them a try. From the get-go, owner Dan was great to talk to. He understood my past issues and based on that, set me up with a team of two who he thought would be perfect. Today was our first cleaning with Ana and Leonor, a mother-and-daughter team who couldn't be nicer and they were terrific. They arrived 10 minutes early to unload and set up and started exactly on time. They were so thorough and did such a great job that I am going to continue to work with Maid for Chicago on a bi-weekly basis. Another bonus is that the staff are full-time and not contractors, which I fully support. Couldn't be happier and hopefully, this is the last company I need to try...seems to be that way based on day one.

Fernando and his team did a very clean and thorough job when they came in to deep clean the office. Everything we asked for it was done and the service was satisfactory. I would definitely recommend to anyone! Super amazing job.
