Wonderful job and great customer service. Very reasonably priced and my apartment was spotless. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

The big problem with this company is that they don't stay the time reported and will charge for more than the time they were in my home. The home 'unoccupied/occupied' feature on my Ecobee let me easily track this.

The cleaning was somewhat subpar. Didn't sweep or mop under anything so you can visibly see what was touched and what wasn't. I feel like the maid ran out of gas in the last hour and just gave a half-hearted effort.

Don't waste your $$!! It was a big hassle and I was more STRESSED OUT than not.

Their team deep cleaned 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, den, and finished basement. Very happy with the work they did.

Very professional, thorough, and just an overall great job. Roommate was moving out, so I needed a deep clean with only 2 days notice in order to show to prospective roommates. Extremely satisfied.

Overall I would say the cleaning was average to below average. Initially it seems fine but parts of the shower door weren't cleaned and there was floor and furniture polish left in spots with residue, which isn't good for wood. And, they took my cleaning supplies, so I had to clean up the remaining using paper towels.

My roommates and I had our 3 BR, 2 BA 1800 sq ft apt cleaned and they did an absolute fantastic job - it's the best our apartment has looked in two years. They arrived exactly on time and were very flexible workers. Will order again!

Cancelled my appointment 2 days ahead of the schedule cleaning to accommodate an “emergency cleaning” for a recurring customer. How does one have an emergency cleaning need 2 days ahead?

Was offered an alternate solution which was substantially inconvenient. Terrible business acumen.

I am giving my experience based on my experience with Dan. I think he has really earned these five stars. Initially I had used them about a year ago and I was not satisfied with the cost. I still reached out to them this year, this young man is so prompt, the cleaner didn’t bring a step stool, which generally the owner is supposed to provide, but Dan went and dropped it off for me, he contacted me and let me know of things I would need taken care of in the apartment not cleaning wise.

I hired Maid for Chicago based off of the many positive reviews I read before doing so, and I was not disappointed. The team of Marilyn and Terry did an outstanding job, and I will definitely be using MFC again for future cleanings. I've lived in this residence for 3+ years and this is the best it'has looked since I moved in.

I am very happy with this service. After having used HandyBook's cleaning service, I was ambivalent to condo my house professionally cleaned again by a company I didn't recognize. With Maid for Chicago, a couple came together and in 3 1/2 hours my condo looked brand new - as if I had just moved in. They were meticulous.

Used Maid for Chicago for the first time last week and they did a fantastic job. They sent an email reminder the day before, answered all of my questions and the duo that did the cleaning were nice and very professional. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I'm already scheduling my next cleaning!

We were in desperate need of a thorough apartment cleaning for a party we were hosting. The issue was all the pet hair our Labrador sheds. We looked at Maid for Chicagos’ reviews and were impressed. 2 maids came, I think their names are Jan and Lety, worked impressively as a team. They worked together on each room instead of splitting up, which I thought was interesting. When I asked why they did this they said because it cuts the time in half and they know what was missed so it’s done thoroughly. They brought everything, including a pet vacuum cleaner which we requested. We did ask them to use our Bona floor cleaner which they kindly agreed to do. They left our place spotless; no grease in kitchen, water stains in bathroom, and no dust bunnies!!! They got under the couches, moved chair in the corners to get behind them, and wiped baseboards that were in desperate need of a cleaning. We intend to use them again in the future and have referred them to a neighbor. Keep up the good work Maid for Chicago!

Overall the crew did a very good job cleaning, they cleaned spaces that our prior cleaning service never touched and Maid for Chicago brought it to our attention that they cleaned it and it looked like it hadn't be touched in a long time. It was easy to book service and the communication was easy. We plan on using them regularly going forward.
