Michael and his team were amazing. They responded quickly, picked up my rug immediately, got out what I thought was an impossible stain on a sisal rug, and returned it the next day. Couldn’t ask for better quality! Highly recommend.

Nick showed up on time within one day of me reaching out, was very friendly, and removed all of my older pet stains and even a mystery stain on a white wool rug that we didn’t think was possible. Definitely recommend!

Pedro and Tony were on time, they were professional and did a great job cleaning our Capet and chair. They told me the carpet would be dry in two or three hours but it took a very long time to dry.

Highly recommend! They were fast and cheap. Took care of a brand new apartment I moved into and made filthy white carpet look like new. Took care of all the moving and lifting and were extremely friendly as well! I would definitely be a return customer if ever necessary.

I never leave reviews because I think in today’s day and age. Customer service is a lost art. But today I will leave one for Mike. His reputation precedes him. Best service I have received in a long time. Ooo… and how can I forget. They did a hell of a job on a very difficult rug of mine.

They did a phenomenal job! Great service. Went above and beyond! Took care of repairs and cleaning of an expensive area rug and a smaller one in expert fashion. Clearly knowledgeable and care about their work. Mike, the owner, takes an active role in all operations. I’d highly recommend them and will call them if I need cleanings in the future!

I knew practically nothing about the rug I needed cleaned, so they came and took a look at it the same day I called! The guys that came by were super knowledgable and professional and taught me some things to keep my rug in good condition. They picked it up and took it for cleaning the same day, and we just got it back -- it looks awesome! Very happy with their work and highly recommend using them for any carpet/rug cleanings!

I love this company! They were accommodating when I had to reschedule (twice), arrived at the beginning of the two-hour slot they'd given me, were finished in an hour (small apartment), couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable, laid out their approach to a terrible carpet situation, and gave me a great price. Nick, the young man who cleaned our carpet was professional, polite and personable. He did an excellent job. When I called the office prior to my appt, Mike was very accommodating. I will use this company again.

They arrived exactly on time, showed me the cleaning products they were going to use, worked quickly and efficiently! They covered areas of the floor and wall behind the couch so they wouldn’t get wet! Our furniture is white so we can really see the difference now that it’s clean! I would highly recommend them!

Never have I needed a carpet cleaned before, had a lot of natural dirt and grim on my apt rug. Sent an inquiry on the pricing and logistics.

Scheduled in advance and they ended up picking the carpet up from my high rise with only a week turn around. The price for a simple cleaning and other issues are very reasonable and I highly recommend this place if you don't want to invest in your own tools to clean a rug or carpet you have.

Nick and Alex showed upto clean my carpet, and they were so nice. They didn't take very long, yet they did a thorough job. Our sick cat had peed on the carpet and nothing worked, until I called them. I talked to Mike on the phone and he was very communicative and responsive. When Nick and Alex finished cleaning my carpet, the carpet smelled better than new! This is a good, honest company.

Mike and Nick did an AMAZING job at our apartment on two separate occasions! We’re renters and the carpet was very, very rough. They really took their time to give it some much needed TLC and really get out all the deep stains and spots. They went above and beyond and stayed for as long as it took to get the carpet clean. They did a fabulous job (especially given the state of the carpet) and worked miracles. They were also professional and friendly. Highly, highly recommend!!

I recently had my rug cleaned by Jonny on the spot, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Despite being flooded and having a terrible rotten smell, they were able to completely restore it to its original condition. The team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that every trace of odor was eliminated. I have a very large area carpet which hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. There were no stains but plenty of dust.
This carpet, after cleaning, looks like new ! I had forgotten what it looks like when clean. Carpet Cleaning Chicago has done a fabulous job, in addition to being professional, courteous and on time for the pick up and delivery.

My synthetic rug came out great! I appreciated the professionalism of Nick when he came into my home to pick up and drop off our rug. I also appreciated negotiating a price for a first time customer. I would recommend! However there was no flexiblity offered with drop off times for my rug when I asked to be dropped off after 9am, due to work meetings that morning. I was told instead it would be sometime between 8-9am, however traffic allowed, which was 8:15 when I got the call from Nick and 8:30 when they arrived.
