Cleanzen Cleaning Services offers competitive rates. I initially hired them for a deep cleaning of a house I had just sold because a previous company did a poor job. After Cleanzen's deep cleaning, the house was clean and sold at full asking price. I now have them clean my new house bi-weekly, and their work is consistently top quality. The team is professional, polite, and amazing to work with. really nice people too.

This was my first time using Cleanzen Services. They were professional from start to finish. After I asked for a quote online, someone assisted me within 30 minutes to explain everything. The manager kept in touch throughout, and the team did a fantastic job cleaning our home. I'm really happy with how it turned out!

I’ve used Cleanzen three times now, and each experience has been just as great as the last. The cleaners are always punctual, kind, and focus on exactly what I ask for. They even get to the hard-to-reach spots that I tend to miss. It's such a great deal to refresh my space every now and then! Coming back from vacation to a dusty, messy house is the worst. So I scheduled a clean while I was gone and came home to spotless counters, folded laundry, and a fresh bed. It felt like checking into a hotel but it was my own place. Made coming back way less depressing ❤

I had a wonderful experience with Cleanzen last weekend! I used them for the first time and they were the most affordable of all the quotes I received. Elizabeth did an absolutely fantastic job, especially on the primary shower and oven. I would absolutely hire Cleanzen to come back again!

This was a great service. My cleaner was Jasmine and she was incredible. I had to grab a few things while she was there and she was so kind. She was very communicative and did a wonderful job. She provided pictures and videos when she was done to make sure everything looked. Really happy with the services. Will book again!

Had guests staying over for a couple days so I got a cleaning beforehand. They showed up on time, super polite, and made the whole place guest-ready in like 2 hours. Even folded the blankets nicely 🤌

Scheduled a deep cleaning appointment with Cleanzen, but unfortunately, was very disappointed with the results. While the cleaner was friendly, personable, and did a good surface level clean, the quality of the cleaning did not meet expectations —especially considering the price. The floors were still very dirty afterwards, as were some of the cabinets and windows. It certainly didn’t feel like a deep clean was done.

One major downside is that the company uses independent contractors, so Cleanzen doesn’t really take much accountability for poor work. It also means that you can’t get a different cleaner/team when they offer you a free re-clean if the job isn’t done correctly the first time around.

Originally gave them a 1 star, but they did give back 30% of the original cost. I appreciate them trying to make it right, but I still wouldn’t recommend using this service. You’re better off doing it yourself or looking elsewhere if you want a thorough, professional cleaning done.

Excellent cleaning by Pamela! We needed cleaning done in a small theater before opening. That consisted of two bathrooms and the lobby area. It was spotless after! Thank you for service and we will definitely use your services again.

This was my first time using Cleanzen. I was impressed with the efficiency of their online booking system. I was able to request specific services, add tip and provide $$ for parking as I live in a high rise in the Loop. I received a prompt quote for my services in a timely manner. I love their cleaning services! I usually don’t like cleaning my fridge myself esp the corners but the Cleanzen cleaners did such an amazing job!

WOW WOW WOWWW I can testify they are truly professionals. That or I'm really bad at cleaning, or probably both lol. When I clean my own bathroom I hate how it ends up smelling like bleach for HOURS, sometimes even DAYS, which I hated and gave me minor headaches. So when they came over and cleaned my bathroom, it smelled fresh, like lemon, and not chemical-smelling at all. Very happy, very impressed, very very very satisfied!

I had a wonderful experience hiring them! I was out of town but they sent me videos and pictures of the aftermath of their wonderful cleaning! They delivered excellence and I hope to get the same crew here next month for another deep clean at a different airbnb.

The cleaning, the service from the customer service people, and the cleaners themselves that I met were all lovely! It was the smoothest experience I've had everrr! A+ ALL AROUND! You can tell this company really cares about the quality of service they provide because they make sure you're updated and satisfied with the cleaning which is very worth the money!
