Wasting time and money for nothing, this is not acceptable and not professional. Payed 1,211.65$ online “Honda generator “for pickup at the store . No item in the store, and i have to wait 3 days or more to get my money back!!!. I lost one customer only because of this!!!!!!!

Found soil I wanted. 2 young ladies were in a closed in area, didn't come our at all to help. Rang up our merchandise, calmly said, "$2??.??" We said nop, very wrong. She rang up again. Took forever... $6?.?? She said, all smiling, the machine rang up 100 sacks of soil (we had 10).

I'm giving this place 5 stars because of an awesome guy named Simran. The dude went totally out of his way to help me get checked out. He opened up the checkout in the garden center and then unlocked the gates so I could load it up into my car without having to go all the way back through the store with the big awkward stuff I was buying. Simran, you're magnificent. Someday you'll be running this store.

5 stars just for Simran honestly. I was buying some bulky stuff from the garden center and didn't wanna drag it all the way through the store. This guy opened up a register in the back and unlocked the gates so I could load straight into my car. Didn't have to ask, he just did it. Simran you're the man. Give this dude a promotion

First time using Phenomenal Tree. I had a lot of greenery in my yard that was over the phone lines, roof and garage. Just to much needed to be cut down. Eric gave a fair quote he came out on time. The team of about 5 came out within a couple of days and got the job done. They cut down all the branches and they cleaned up afterwards. 4 big trees branches gone now the sun can shine in the yard. I will be using them again and I do recommend their work.

Very quick and prompt service!! And thorough! And they do a very good job at cleaning up as well. I definitely would recommend this company to cut down any trees and bushes you may have!

I found this company through a website for local tree service. I am very impressed with their services and knowledge. They removed a dying, diseased crab apple tree. They were in constant contact with me throughout the whole process of scheduling and removal. Showed up on time. The price quote was more than fair. After the cut down and stump grinding, they cleaned up the whole area as if there was never a tree. Highly recommend and will pass their information to my freinds and family. Great job. Thank you.

Eric was straightforward and direct with the pricing; and even when one part of job was delayed due to Com Ed issues, he keep me informed as to status and promptly took charge once Com Ed duties were complete; and his employees were extremely polite and punctual; great guys to work with - thumbs up

Eric was great. He answered my first call, and set an appointment immediately. He came out a week later and trimmed my locust tree in the back yard and my pine in the front yard. Called the day before to confirm and showed up on time. These all seem like simple things but my experience with all contractors just don't go this easy. Would recommend him anytime. Great job!

Excellent service at a fair price. They took on a very large job at my home, including 15 very large oak trees, and they had it done within 24 hours of signing the contract. They truly love up to their name. Highly recommended.

Eric and team took out two trees. One was in my yard and the other was in my neighbors. They were very professional and dependable. Both trees were over power lines, diseased, large, and difficult to remove. They got the power lines dropped, took care of the permits, professionally removed the trees and the stumps. They even remembered to come back the next day to pick up any remaining debris. Very fair price and professional service. Your search should stop here. This is the place you were looking for to do it correctly and at a great price.

Eric at Phenomenal Tree Service is very professional and he doesn't mess around when it comes to him standing by his word. Our not for profit organization Grant A Wish, Inc needed a tree cut down that was massive and funds became available and I never forgot him coming out in June of 2018. I put a request for a tree removal on Angies, Tuesday and got a call from Phenomenal 5 minutes later. Got an estimate Wednesday and they came Thursday and took the entire tree out and stump. They did an amazing job, its like that tree never existed, and did it for a very good price. They also pruned the neighbors tree for a good price that was spilling on my property.
