Watched this company do a drop-off this morning in Evanston and I have seen a more useless crew in my life. First they could barely get in the space they were doing a drop-off at. Then they tried leaving with the box up and hit some wires. When they realized what situation they were in they just plowed on taking down a few wires with the raised box. After they realized what they did they just tried to hide the broken wires behind a garage and drove off. If you use them watch every move they make they seem to be majorly useless. And after they dropped their load and got the box down it was noticed that there were still 2 cubic yards of material in the box they did not deliver. I suggest using someone else. Wish I could leave zero stars.

Phenomenal Tree Service (PTS) conducted phenomenal work at a fair and reasonable price. The crew was efficient and productive and exceeded my expectations in terms of scope of work. Eric responded quickly to my request for quote and after agreement, the trimming crew arrived same day within hours to start the job.

They did a great job and very quickly took down the trees in my yard and stumps. Great work.

Absolutely would recommend. Eric was professional and promptly responded to my request. The crew showed up early and took care of business. My tree was down with no hiccups in less than 2 1/2 hours. The crew cleaned up and took away all the debris . 5 stars across the board !

I cannot speak highly enough about Eric and his team! We called on a Thursday for a tree removal and trimming of another and within 24 hours, we received a fair quote, and had the service completed! And, this particular job was fairly challenging as we are a building in Chicago and our backyard has no street or alley access, so the guys had to do everything by hand with no assistance with lifts or booms. Truly amazed watching them scale the trees and remove all wood in a cleanly manner.

Overall, I cannot thank them enough for the prompt response and over the top service. Keep up the great work guys!

Had an appointment scheduled with Eric to remove a tree, he was punctual and courteous and he beat my other estimate. I'm looking forward to working with this company and will update my post once service is completed.

I give this business a 5 star EVERYONE I encounter was professional and friendly. They really exceeded my expectations! We had one mulberry tree to be removed and they cut that tree down so fast I was in awe. They cleaned up everything from my neighbors yard as well as mine. They grinded the stump so low that you don’t know a tree was ever there. They had to remove some of my neighbors fence to grind but they put it back exactly as it was.I would DEFINITELY Recommend.

Eric and his team were amazing. They were very professional, attentive, and provided great customer service. They did not waste time. They arrived at the scheduled time and safely removed our huge tree without any incidents. It was amazing to watch how well organized his team worked together. They really do offer Phenomenal Tree service. Highly recommend!!

Eric and his team were awesome. Quick response, quick scheduling, quick and thorough service. They showed up on a cold and day when the equipment was too big to access the yard, they took down a fence and built it back together when the job was finished. The results were great. Great service! They answered their phone, I sent them photos, Eric called me back within 30 minutes or so. We discussed my goals and he quoted me a price that I felt was fair. He called me back within the hour to schedule and it turned out they were able to come out next day. Mike the crew chief was on time and very polite. He gave me some recommendations which I appreciated and they got right to work and cleaned up. Very happy with the overall experience and definitely recommend them!

Eric called back immigration. Whole crew were very knowledgeable and professional. I have allot of trees in my property and needed good tlc and trimming. Mike foreman was very good about discussing the aesthetic of trimming with me. I love trees since I am a landscape designer so when it comes to trimming I am very particular. Communication is key to make a client happy. Phenomenal tree company achieve that . They did a great job and cleaned after nicely.

I when whit my wife to buy cleaning supplies for our house and she went to the garden after that and y went to the tools dep and we both were followed by security personnel we spent all most 500 dollars on the store so from now on we going to spend our money in other place the dont arrest people just because they look Hispanic

It's a good store but, gardening needs improvement. Almost all the cacti were dead they need to water their plants better.

Did a great job, called them on Thurs, job was done on Fri morning quickly and at a fair price. Got several large limbs cleanly out of the drop lines. Highly recommended
