I have to say this company is amazing! I had a tree fall on my neighbor's garage this past December and I was given this company's name by someone. They arrived early and did the job in no time!! I just had them remove another tree from my mother's backyard and they did another amazing job! Thank you so much Eric and your wonderful team. I will pass your number around to anyone who needs a tree removed! Thank you again.

Eric and his staff were very professional and prompt. He had great follow up skills and a good attitude. He also gave a reasonable price for our mini forest (LOL) that needed to be cut down before it did any additional damage to our property. We will recommend this company to anyone.

These guys are great! Fast, efficient, and they are very professional. This is the second time we have used them. First time was for a big job to remove a 90 ft tree (including stump) and this time to clean up two huge trees from the recent storm. On time and reliable and reasonably priced! Highly recommend.

The crew of 3 men, including Fernando, Mario and Gerardo did a Phenominal Job. Three 36-year-old Linden trees were trimmed and pruned in an hour and a half. The crew was so courteous, on time, professional, and mindful of my plantings. Great job of cleanup too! It is very rare these days to find a company that, either in spite of or because of their name, is simply Phenomenal. The sales team is Eric, who is quick to reach out and easy to schedule a quote, etc. And as good as he is, the delivery team (the tree handlers) is simply a joy to work with. You name it and they excel in it. They're prompt, they're thorough, professional, they're polite, and they clean up afterwards without the customer having to ask whether they're going to pick this up or that. And the nicest thing about them is that they work together just as politely, so the customer just sees a team that gels, is in sync and works together to finish the job as directed. Phenomenal Tree’s owner (Eric Avila) was the only contractor who was confident, reassuring and decisive out of 3 contractors I’d met with. Eric knew precisely how to remove vine overgrowth encasing my home, how to avoid compromising the integrity of my home’s structure and how to prevent re-growth.

Most impressive was Eric’s team of certified arborists and tree care professionals. They arrived 15 min early for an 8:30 am appointment with a huge truck, replete with high tech equipment, as if they were part of the U.S. army corp of engineers!

Excellent tree service!

My husband and I bought our house in Evergreen Park last year. Shortly after we moved in, we noticed our ash trees weren't doing so great. It also became very clear that the previous owners did nothing to maintain the health, appearance, and integrity of the property.

Everyone who came by said they were infected and would eventually have to come down. Phenomenal was the only tree service that 1) knew what kind of trees were on our property 2) offered to help us maintain all the trees and help us avoid damaging our buildings 3) had equipment available 4) Gave us a great price for everything 5) bothered to follow up after consultation 6) managed our expectations
