Man-o-man… customer service is so important and it’s never more highlighted than when you get really bad, or really good customer service. Lucky for me My experience with Stanley Steemer was the ladder. :)
Jaylen, Could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me move things around and get situated and then move things back. A lot of which he did not have to do. He took time to say hello and be friendly with my cats. Just seemed like an all-around good dude. And when you’re inviting people into your home to work, that goes a long way. Couldn’t be happier with my service!

James was extremely professional and courteous. Our sofa and rug are cleaner than ever and James was efficient. Shout out to James.

Courtney and Tyrone did an Excellent job, I am so satisfied and impressed with the work that was done to my couch. Jaylen did an excellent job. I was able to call Stanley Steemer yesterday evening and schedule an appointment for the very next day. We moved into a studio apartment that had filthy floors after eight cleanings. Jalen came in was courteous, prompt, polite, super thorough as was scheduling the day before I do not have that gentleman‘s name would highly recommend Stanley steamer again and all the team.

Roosevelt was courteous and pleasant to work with. Did a spectacular job and was very thorough and efficient. His detail to the work and my bill was excellent, he caught things on the bill that were not needed and cleared them off. Will definitely be using them again!

Najhee was simply wonderful. He explained everything as he went along. He offered me a program that was just so cost-efficient. He was mindful of my property and respectful. He was timely and my carpet looks wonderful. I will be requesting him for my next three cleanings. He needs a promotion.

Great service! My rugs and furniture have never looked better. Have used several other firms in the past but I’m sticking with Stanley Steamer!

Gabriel walked in and was like… 😳 he wasn’t sure that anything he tried would help but I was desperate and have company coming on Monday so I said do the best you can. We were both pleasantly surprised at the results. Gabriel was professional and meticulous and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Jimmy was very professional. He explained the services and the work he did is outstanding. I definitely appreciate his work.. my space looks much brighter and I will definitely be using them again.

I had one bedroom and a carpeted stairs steam cleaned by Thomas. He did an excellent and professional job going over and above board to get stains out.. However, they look SO MUCH BETTER and way less dirt and dust. I thank him and wish him the best

The crew that arrived was great. I did not receive a call or notification that they were coming. Also, they could not clean rug when they arrived as the rug is wool. So it cost twice as much for them to take the rug to clean. I could have been given that information when I was making the appointment.

Stanley Streamer sent two very qualified men to clean the carpeting in my condo. They explained what they were doing in detail if there was a stain that was too embedded, they also explained that. Carpet looks and smells great. They were in and out within an hour. Also scheduling the cleaning on the phone was very easy and done at a time that was convenient for me

Stanley Steamer came in and did a great job at cleaning my sofas. Both employees came in and worked diligently to complete the job.

In all of the years we have been using Stanley Steemer this stands out as one of the best experiences in cleaning and customer service. Joshua was on time, super clean and meticulous.
