They came immediately after my entire gutter came down after the last snow storm of 2018. They dropped the gutter at that time made sure the gangway was safe to walk thru. Then on the 1st available day after all the ice and snow melted they put in a new one. Very neat and professional from start to finish. Oh forgot to mention this was a 3 story building. I will definitely recommend them and use them myself again.

Salvador and his crew did an amazing job with the 71 windows and 24 screens he washed. He took his time and made sure all the windows and the power washing were done methodically. Highly recommend him.

Also, unlike some of their competitors that required me to count all of the windows/panes/measure the sizes down to the inch and calculate the cost myself on their website and then let them know (?!?!) Salvador came out to look at our home while in the neighborhood and provide a solid quote via email.

Carpet cleaning by Stanley Steemer was a great experience. I scheduled online & received several communications confirming the appointment & advising me when the technician was arriving (including a photo). The technician did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in the rooms and stairs.

For the 1st time (using Stanley Steemer) I am happy with your company. "Deondre" was the consummate professional: Quietly professional and approachable as he listened respectfully to my issues/concerns; wore shoe covers (unlike prior cleaners); did an excellent cleaning job and cleaned up after himself (I saw no evidence that he had even used my bathtub!) Although I've not... in the past...been impressed with Stanley Steemer, this LAST experience, at least, has changed my mind. Thank you for technicians like "Deondre" that represent your company.

Davon was very professional and very friendly. I was amazed on the magic he did with my dirty old carpet. I’m not just saying that but it looks good as new. Now I know why people use Stanley Steemer.

Great crew, extremely thorough job. Was supposed to take about an hour and a half and lasted three hours to make sure they could get everything they could. Not inexpensive, but much more thorough than anything you could do at home by yourself. Something we try to do and every year or year and a half basis, especially living in a condo in the city with two kids in a dog.
