Fast - great service - reliable- one stop shop! I have baby and 3 pets so my floors take a beating. Josh is always attentive and makes the process super easy.

I got the car upholstery and carpet steam cleaned, deodorized and protected. They were cheaper then most car detailing places. They did a better job than expected. An uber rider threw up and peed in the back seat btw.

I had stanely steamer out to clean my dryer vent. I booked them online and made sure I noted I was above the first floor. I am the 3rd floor of a 3 flat. The guy came and was not kind from the get go. He wanted me to reschedule because he could not park out front. He was able to fit his truck in when he tried. Then he told me he would provide me before and after pictures. He never did.

I called them because their name and I figured I would get good service. My dryer was not drying my clothes well so I wanted to clean the dryer vent. Never once while the person was at my house cleaning was I informed they would just clean what they could see because I was on the third floor. I assumed they would clean it until it was clear.

After they cleaned it, my dryer was still not working well. I thought my dryer must be bad, so I went and purchased a new one. When the new one was installed it would not work because it could sense my vent was clogged.

When I called stanely steamer, they apologized and told me they only clean what they can see. When I asked why I was not informed of that they said sorry. I said I would have never hired you if you told me you would not complete the job. They offered to come out again, but they would do the same service and not guarantee anything. I declined. They did offer me half my money back but I feel like it should have been fully refunded as they did nothing I couldn't do on my own. Do not hire them.

Super easy to book the appointment. I got the updates on reminders and the courtesy call the day of to let me know the service provider was on their way. Davon was very professional. He made sure I was satisfied with the clean and even informed me on packages that may be useful for me. The scent of urine from my dog is gone along with the stains and I couldn’t be more happier.

Davon and Demetrice did an absolute amazing job cleaning my couch! I came back home to a VERY clean beige couch. Stains were out and it smelt so fresh. We moved this past weekend so there was a huge black scuff/stain that got on the back of the couch that I cried about. Not only does it stop there, one of my dogs had an accident on the ottoman the next day. I’ve never used any type of carpet/upholstery cleaner before so I was a little nervous. However, I’m SO glad I did. I contacted Stanley Steamer immediately and they were able to come the very next day. Davon and Demetrice were able to get the huge black scuff/stain right out and thoroughly clean the accident…. Day made. I did have an area rug cleaned as well but due to the fact it was so thin, I would have to being my rug in for a deeper cleaning. Which I am okay with. 10/10 would recommend. My husband said they were very friendly, professional and nice!

He ensured the corners of my walls were protected, which I loved! His tenacity wouldn't allow him to leave a stone unturned when it came to a spot in the carpet that needed special attention...My carpet looks spectacular!!! My experience this time was very professional. They did great quality work. I am very pleased with the outcome. I will be using them again. The technician asked questions. Made sure that I was satisfied and moved the pieces of furniture that was expected to be moved.

DO NOT LET STANLEY STEAMER INSTALL UV LIGHTS IN YOUR HOME!

Original duct cleaning service was great (that's why this is not a 1-star review). However, we were upsold to install a UV Light in our HVAC system that we later discovered was emitting ozone throughout the house:

I didn't know what ozone smelled like, but I kept smelling some kind of greasy/burnt smell coming from the vents that was irritating the throats of my mother-in-law and our 2 year old son at night. I was able to meter/test that the odor was not CO or gas. We called Stanley Steamer to address the odor, letting them know the issue started after the UV light was installed, but they assured us that there was no ozone, that the UV light must be burning the plastic from the nearby humidifier, and just relocated the UV Light from the coil area to the intake box. After still smelling the odor, we called a air quality/mold inspector who quickly confirmed that the UV light was emitting a strong ozone odor and to unplug it immediately. We promptly requested removal and refund without any hassel.

From our experience, they installed a hazardous device in my house, had no idea how to test for or address an issue that (aparently) is common to UV Lights, and ultimately lied to us about the safely of the device. This was a level of negligence that I needs to be addressed by Stanley Steamer immediately.

Update: The crew just successfully removed the uv light. They not only found that the uv bulb was snapped off the base during the last installation, but noted that the device was also installed in the wrong place (directly rubbing up against the insulation). I don't know how such a faulty installation could happen, but this concern needs to be elevated up through management to address whatever internal issues allowed this to happen. IF YOU RECENTLY HAD THIS DEVICE INSTALLED IN YOUR HOUSE, HAVE THEM COME AND VERIFY (IN WRITING) THAT IT WAS INSTALLED CORRECTLY OR HAVE THEM REMOVE IT ALTOGETHER.

Daniel did an amazing job and it was easy to schedule and communicate with him to make the appointment and on the day he arrived. Highly recommend for any window cleaning job. He went out of his way to clean cobwebs and make sure it was spotless and finished in the time frame he indicated! Definitely recommend for window washing!
