This beautiful woman promised me that she would transform my apartment. I was so embarrassed at the state of it. She went ABOVE & BEYOND cleaning it. There was supposed to be 3 of them but it was just her & her nephew & I'll tell you I was worried. There was so much to do. I left & came home & my apartment looked better than it did when I moved in. She couldn't finish my bedroom but it gave me the motivation to do it myself. Definitely going to call on her next month. I had a post renovation rental unit that needed to be cleaned and ready to be viewed. I called JRL company. They provided upfront pricing and came and did an outstanding job. They cleaned absolutely everything in the unit as if it were their own. They didn’t miss not one corner or crevice and not my unit is showroom ready and smells great. Excellent job!

I have been using JRL monthly since April. Although my family is pretty messy even when you think you got a clean home, her work will let you know it ain't really clean until she touches it. She leaves no spot untouched. I have 20 piece chandelier and she takes each glass off and cleans them. She always does a little something extra every time she comes to let you know she appreciates you. I'm not overwhelmed as I once was, and although my children will only let me enjoy it for a moment, my home is so peaceful to be in and it becomes more manageable day by day each time they come. I have even got to the point wear I trust them in my home by themselves. The JRL family has become family in my home.

We are extremely pleased with the cleaning that the JRL team did today in the basement of our home (family room, laundry room and bathroom). I thought I was someplace else when she finished! 😊
The rooms were all cleaned from ceiling to floor, with every item being touched! We have a sparkly clean, fresh smelling, rearranged basement!

I must add that the owner is very friendly, professional and knows how to add special touches. She and her assistant arrived promptly and worked none stopped until the job was finished.

I had an incredible experience with JRL Cleaning! The attention to detail was simply astounding. Not only was everything spotless, but she rearranged furniture with some interior decoration designing, and the thoughtful touches like cleaning and rearranging my perfume bottles added that extra bit of charm. My husband was literally afraid to touch anything because it looked so perfect! The team also spent a considerable amount of time ensuring everything was just right. I used JRL this past weekend in preparation for putting my house on the market. My initial inquiry was met with a response within a few hours. She was very friendly and forthcoming with me about the work that I needed done. The day of the cleaning, her and her team arrived on time and immediately got to work. She was very thorough and even spot checked her team to make sure that they cleaned everything. You can tell that she has high standards for her work and the work of her team, and it shows. When she and her team left, I had family come over and they used the word “shining” to describe my entry hallway. She has my house looking like new and I highly recommend! Her work is worth every penny! I will definitely utilize her services again. 10/10!

I am ABSOLUTELY thrilled with JRL ! I had a problem basement with 75 years of piled up“stuff” . Sasha and her crew came in and cleaned EVERYTHING! Trash removed , good items cleaned and organized . They then washed all of the walls and floors. I was overwhelmed with it and Sasha helped me to get it done well . She also helped me out with kindness and reassurance as well.

When I tell you I left my place embarrassed and overwhelmed from me and my daughter's mess to come back to a new home, that is JUST what I mean! I was in disbelief! I literally return at a loss of words. The walls ain't never been so white! Not only was the clutter gone but the closets were organized and looked like a store. Sasha, Ms. Kim and Abe went over and beyond my expectation!! I literally sat in my living room after they left in tears of how detailed and professional they were and they didn't miss NOTHING. They arrived ahead of time to bring in all their cleaning supplies so they were set to start at the agreed upon hire time. That was a plus for me! Another plus - there are so many pluses - was them washing my windows, window sills and my screens!!! They even wiped down my walls and doors!! Listen, I can't tell you how pleased I am and how impressed I am of JRL Cleaning! Sasha was heavy on communication, straight forward about pay and booking and her team were professional and cleaned my mess with a smile. WORTH EVERY PENNY! I am humbly thankful and grateful! Mike used the purified water to clean all my windows in 2 story house and the windows are VERY- I repeat VERY clean. He is very detailed and very reliable- when he says job will be done- you can rest to be assured it will be done. This is my 2nd time I asked Mike for service and I would highly recommend him. He is also priced very reasonably.

Highly recommended! Responsive, detailed, reliable, and reasonably priced. The windows on my 2 story house haven't been cleaner since they were new! Michael uses a purified water pole system to clean outside windows; it didn't just get the windows clean it gave the casings a good cleaning too. Inside he used the traditional method of window cleaning, which in his hands was masterfully executed! Everything was left clean and put back in place. Cheers!

We have used LA Services for the last 2+ years and have been very pleased with their lawn/yard care. The company is great about responding promptly to questions via email.
English is my only language spoken, and there are no communication barriers whatsoever. Service is timely and performed as agreed upon in the seasonal contract. Will continue to use them!
