Jenn and her team are top notch, responsive, creative, incredibly flexible and a joy to work with. Everything is custom and tailored to you, they aren't afraid to experiment, take inspiration or adapt their big scale builds to smaller scale or paced out projects. All of her team members were awesome, professional and respectful of our space. They finished the project on time, on budget and delivered high quality and unique final pergola construction. We get so much more use out of our deck now with the new pergola. With their team you're always going to get a personal, stylistic match, but our favorite part about the design was how they took inspiration from our love of Portuguese and Morrocan tiles and created custom metal screens to our pergola. We recommend them without hesitation for any of your urban landscaping projects.

Jenn and her team were excellent. Very respectful of our home and rooftop space. She was quick to respond to our estimate request and provided a range of options that would work with our budget. I highly recommend Jenn and the team at Rooftopia for urban garden needs. For the past several years they have been managing for me a roughly 3000 sf rooftop Japanese garden and have done a fantastic job. Rooftopia have taken on tasks ranging from regular maintenance to redesign and reconstruction of a complex irrigation system and hardscape improvements. The team are consistently knowledgeable, on time, professional and highly dependable.

Rooftopia worked with us to find a design that worked for our needs- they listened to our priorities and quickly came up with the perfect design. Their communication was great while they were working, letting us know on a daily basis when they were coming and going as well as what had been completed that day. The project was done on time and on budget, and the entire staff was personable, professional, and easy to work with. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Beautiful work on our deck. The team at Rooftopia has an incredible design aesthetic and a team that can really implement. Any issues that came up, they were immediately responsive. Rooftopia did an amazing job on our garage rooftop deck remodel. They took our ideas/priorities and came up with a fabulous design that maximizes the space, is functional and beautiful. We love our new custom pergola with unique detailed ironwork, the built in heaters, fire table, dining and bar areas. The quality of the craftsmanship, materials and design is amazing. They have a real attention to detail and are customer service oriented. They kept us updated frequently throughout the project. All of the people at Rooftopia - the owners, project manager, welders and other workers were professional and respectful of the space & neighbors. And it feels good to support a small, local, responsible, woman-owned company. Our deck is our new favorite space! We highly recommend them for any outdoor project!

Excellent experience from start finish. Jenn, Marcin, and the entire Rooftopia team were amazing to work with. My project was large and required a fair amount of coordination…architects, surveyors, permitting, etc. My team was in constant communication, updating me on next steps, checking in to make sure that I was happy with each phase of the project, and promptly responding to ALL of my questions. The end result was better than I could have ever imagined….the care that they took with my home, the quality of the custom features that reflected my personal style, and the attention to detail, all resulted in an beautiful outdoor space that I will enjoy for many years to come!

We used Rooftopia for our garage rooftop pergola. We are very happy with the final product. The finished pergola looks exactly like a design. Custom pieces make the rooftop really stand out in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

The whole team at Rooftopia was fantastic to work with- they came out for an initial consultation in which we had a rough idea of what we wanted to accomplish, but wanted input from experts to finalize the design and project. Jenn and Bobbie were always responsive, gave us several mock-ups that we provided feedback on, and then we finalized the design plans. They completed the work in just a couple days and it was better than we even imagined. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking for outdoor garden/pergola/kitchen design work

I can't rave enough about Rooftopia and the work that they've done to my front and backyard as well as my rooftop. All I had on the roof was Trex when we bought our house, and the Rooftopia team helped design (read: essentially designed the entire project for me). On the roof they built a custom made pergola, planters, a kitchen island and more! They showed up timely, worked in the heat of the summer (I felt terrible), was respectful of my house and my neighbors. I even got a comment in my neighborhood FB group about how polite and friendly they were!

For my front yard, all I had was grass. They designed a beautiful landscape, with edible berries and made it look so much more colorful and cleaner.

They were extremely responsive, upfront with all costs and overall fantastic to work with. I completely trusted their decisions and materials and loved their designs. I essentially give them free reign of all my planters now. I wish I could attach more pictures - these ones are from a 4th of July party I had, which they were working overtime to try to be done in time! They truly did fantastic work, I couldn't recommend them enough and I love supporting a minority-owned business. I look forward to having them back to help with more projects!

I found out about this business through several local neighborhood chat groups. I’m a local realtor and interior designer so I have bought standards (and lots of opinions) about projects like these.

I have had nothing but the best rapport, support, design and install from Maureen and her team. They undertook a huge front and back yard project. We completely relandscaped the front of my 115 year old bungalow with a lush perennial garden (and added in some of my mature plants from elsewhere on the property). We carved out two huge new beds and they are chock full of plants I love. We did a complete gut of my hard scape in the rear yard, created a beautiful walkway and patio for my new pergola and a second for my dining table and relandscaped the entire backyard and expanded a huge sun loving perennial bed and added trees and some landscape lighting and a shade bed too. Simply stunning!

Taylor Made transformed my yard this summer, salvaging the brick pavers that I had and created a beautiful garden and patio. They were the only landscaper I talked with who was open to reusing the pavers I had. Martha was very easy to work with, the crew was great and I love the results! Highly recommended!

We worked with Elegant Outdoor Designs on a landscaping project for the front of our home. We installed a brick walkway, pergola, and landscaping. The finished project is beautiful.
