Awad Landscapes & Design has been doing my landscaping for over a year now, and I've been absolutely happy with the service to date. They always show up on time, and with minimal noise and disruption.

They have been the company we use for landscaping for over 2 years now. We are more than pleased with their service, dedication, and ability to ensure our area looks as elegant as you would expect. They are always timely and if road blocks come up, they are diligent on calling and ensuring we know when they will make it to our location. Would highly recommend them!

Brian has a lot to offer , job went smoothly, we had major clean up , sod, seeds and a drainage system done late last year and currently everything is in good shape, the sod looks green and the grass seeds are coming through. Would hire again and recommend.

Brian Awad used us on a build after his subcontractor quit on him and asked us if we could start Tuesday and work without receiving a deposit “because his deposits are received Thursday”.
We trusted him since they seemed respectable (stupid I know). Thursday came and he sent some money but asked us to pay for his missing materials promising us to reimburse us.
Long story short after completing 90% of the deck and only receiving $900 deposit Brian would Not send his payment due, but wanted us to complete the deck first?? Like the saying goes fool me once shame on you! Fool me twice I DONT THINK SO!
Any subcontractor thinking of working for him, DONT DO IT!
Brian is a very shady person from my experience that, doesn’t pull permits in order to cut corners and save a couple dollars.

I had an incredibly bad experience with this company. Everything was great until I paid top dollar for services and then questioned if my hydrangea bushes were cared for properly prior to paying my final bill. At that time, Brian showed up at my house and confronted my daughter, sent a threatening letter telling me he was going to put a lien on my house and turn mycase over to collections, and brought in his attorneys. In my opinion, his communication style and conflict resolution practices are reasons to find another place to do business with.

My husband and I wanted a patio, the owner/guy who would come out to help measure and give us a quote knew that form the beginning. As he was over with my husband he wasn’t just talking/quoting that he wanted to do a whole design for the backyard and mentioned the front. He told my husband within a couple of days we would get a whole quote and explained you only get two chances with a down payment to change the layout. The downpayment that is not refundable is a lot and the quote we got for a whole designed yard (over a certain amount of time, which we did not want) was a crazy amount completely out of our budget.

I understand it’s a design but from the beginning the contractor knew we didn’t want anything but a designed patio. I think certain services and pricing could be better.

Hands down, Best landscaping company in the Chicagoland area! Worked with Brian for years never had an issue. Nothing these guys can't handle. Definately contact them if you want quality work, Done right,The 1st time. You will not be disappointed. They take pride in their work, which is hard to find these days . Great company, Great service, Great people!

Brian and his crew have been taking care of my landscaping and snow plowing for the last several years. They have always done a great job both winter and summer. I worked with Brain and Awad landscapes while remodeling my home and awaiting the arrival of our second child. After the initial meeting at our house, we decided to pay the deposit to have a design proposal created for our yard. The initial design was not what we were looking for at all. Our first meeting was slightly rushed, and, as a result, there were definite miscommunications in terms of the scope and scale of the proposal. After giving feedback, the design was much more in line with what we wanted, and what was feasible budget-wise. I spoke with Brian and we were able to make modifications to the contract in order to lower the price, and keep the overall look we wanted. Once agreeing upon a contract, installation was very quick and professional. And it just so happened that our second child came early and we couldn't be home during the installation. Brian worked with my father-in-law to discuss what was happening, emailed me updates, and even helped to water the new plants and grass after installation. Brian provided written instructions for the lawn care, and came by a couple weeks later to walk through everything with me and give me tips to do some lawn and shrub care on my own. While our transaction started off rocky, I am very pleased with the results. And to Brian's credit, whenever I had an issue, he followed-up with a phone call to make it right. I would recommend Awad landscape designs to anyone with medium to large projects, and to those who aren't sure exaclty what they want to do, as Awad can design something for you.

Brian provided a quick and reasonable estimate for planting grass in our back yard. He helped us figure out the best type of grass seed to plant and his guys did a great job. Within two weeks of planting our yard already looked great. Brian is also very responsive to messages. I'd highly recommend Awad Landscapes!

Brian and his team are fantastic to work with - professional, responsive, and most importantly, do a great job. The maintenance crew gives a lot of attention to our property and our lawn looks better than ever. My clients recently purchase a home in Park Ridge that had not been lived in for the last several months. The sellers were not keeping up with the maintenance of the home, especially the yard work. With two large trees in the front and back of the house and winter knock on the door. About a foot of leaves were on the ground. My clients were not looking forward to picking all this up before it snows. As a gift to my clients I called Brian at Awad landscaping, and he was out there the next day. I have known Brian Awad for over 2.5 years now through a business relationship, and would like to mention to all who consider his company for landscaping service, that Brian a very ethical, caring and hard working individual. He uses quality, green equipment in his business which makes a difference as well. Brian has many satisfied customers and I'm amazed at the before and after pictures that I have seen of his work.

What a great experience!!! Not like the rest of them. We have had many landscaping companies over the years and they all seem like they are a dime a dozen. You call them, they give you an estimate, you sign the contract and then you get the service provided. Blah, blah, blah. Same old song and dance.

When Brian came out, he did a complete walk around and cared. Brian was interested in our ideas and what we wanted and he was up front with his strategy and asked us what our budget was so he can deliver our dream design. No point in wanting a dream and you are out of budget when this will never become a reality.

Brian also was able to do everything online through an amazing portal Al communications are through this online portal. We have the ability to upload photos so he can see them. This helps avoid the idea we might give over the phone and more of an in-person experience.

I love the 3D CAD design and how the work they put in the CAD reflects real products that will be used. Many I have seen look close, but they are different in the end as many generic objects are put in for the overall appeal.

If you go with Brian and his company, Awad Landscapes & Design, you will not be disappointed. Brian is a straightforward person and upfront on all his work and prices.

After purchasing a home we decided to add a patio and landscaping to the backyard. Brian came out to discuss a design plan and the 3-D design was fantastic. Starting from that design we worked what we could into our budget and work began.

Brian's team did a great job, everyone was very professional and all worked hard. The project finished in the time expected, even with significant periods of bad weather preventing work. We now have an amazing outdoor entertaining area and are thrilled with our new yard!
