I needed my yard completely re-sodding at very short notice. Jrlandscaping came out the next morning and did an assessment then came back that afternoon to get the job done for me.
The guys worked really hard and nonstop. They did good work very thorough and it looks great!
I was very appreciative that they went out of their way to accommodate my needs and would definitely hire them again.

Prompt and courteous service. Work was completed quickly and at very reasonable price. Would highly recommend. Will be using them again for future work.

My spouse used this company for years, but I have had some major issues around transparency and their ability to follow basic instructions and failure to avoid unnecessary plant damage when doing basic Lawncare.

First issue was that when I discovered my spouse hadn't communicated with them about chemical usage, so they agreed to cease using chemicals, but consistently avoided telling me what they'd used. I assume it was roundup but they were extremely evasive. We have kids and pets and I just wanted to know what they'd been exposed to. I suspect they were evasive because of liability concerns but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

In addition, I plant a lot of herbs, edibles and native plants in my yard and they frequently chopped plants because they can't identify natives, which I don't expect them to, which is why I ask for only lawn trims, but they'd take it upon themselves to randomly clean up additional plants. And often right before harvest they'd randomly chop things because they decided it was overgrown despite clear instructions only to trim the lawn. The final straw was the recent incident in which they were sent photos of two bushes my spouse wanted trimmed but they trimmed two additional bushes damaging flowers and chopping and removing every single elderberry I was days from harvesting after waiting 3 years for the plant to grow in. I am very upset about that.

I know these are not uncommon gripes for lawn companies but I have found the recent failures to be particularly egregious so would recommend not using this company unless you don't care about whatever chemicals are sprayed and don't care if they chop random plants after you've spent time and money planting them

Total backyard clean up went very well. The team uprooted weed trees several inches thick and some over 10 feet tall. The sidewalk to the alley is now cleaned and accessible. It looked like a jungle and is now ready for new beginnings.

What an amazing experience. My yard had gone out of control - it was a jungle. I needed help before my open house and they came the next day and my yard looks gorgeous! I'm excited to keep working with them. So professional and they sent a clear and professional estimate.

Raul fixed up my backyard like no other. I have dogs so my backyard was suffering and lacked greenery. He suggested turf and a fire pit and the results are night and day. I have two toddlers so being able to utilize our backyard after many years of neglect feels like we have a new home entirely. The crew were extremely polite and diligent— highly recommend!!

This group and their approach to our stonework was just shy of Zen-like. My partner and I could not be more thrilled with the end result.

Carlos was very personable, easy to get a hold of, and upfront with the reality of my pathway hardscape project. Update: been using them for a couple of years now and I feel like the service isn’t as good as it was when I was a new client. They use a call center and never return my calls unless it’s about adding a new service. Prices have gone up, which I understand but now they changed the pay structure so I’m being charged more monthly rather than paying for the fall clean up when fall comes. I’ve called before about me not seeing them on my cameras use the weed killer that I pay for, for multiple weeks until I reached out to complain about it. Feel like the overall quality has gone down since they got bigger.

Carlos and his team are SUPERB. I had roughly a half dozen small projects - and Medina Lawncare exceeded my expectations on each and every one. On time, good pricing and quality work. Can't ask for any more. THANK YOU

Carlos and his team have been fantastic! Their customer service is above and beyond what you could ask for. Carlos is always there to answer questions and their work is exceptional and reasonably priced. Before becoming a customer, Carlos came out to discuss/teach me about my landscaping because my old landscaper was unable to do so. It was that reason I began working with him the following season. Hire them! You will not regret it!

Our backyard project included replacing grass with pavers, building a retaining wall for extra seating, and replacing a small patch of grass with turf. The final results were more than I expected. Medina and his crew were able to bring my vision to life and they did so in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Medina.

Medina Lawncare is a 10/10 as the kids say. We recently had them do hardscaping and landscaping for our West Town duplex, and they did an AMAZING job! Robert gave us the most competitive estimate, and his team were punctual, professional and completed the work early. As a condo owner, it can be hard to find great people to do the 'smaller jobs' but we were thrilled to find Medina. We plan to use them for all our landscaping needs in the future, and you should too!

We had Medina remove a very large gravel pit, extend an existing patio, and put down new sod. They did a great job, fast, professionally, and honored their quote despite a miscalculation on their end costing them significant money. We will definitely use Medina again in the future.

Wow! Just wow! The service and quality of work was overwhelming. Carlos, the owner came to my house three times to see exactly what I wanted, explained the process, cost, installation, etc. Fabulous recommendations for plants and trees. Taught me a lot about shade, etc! Didn't just try to sell me on whatever was expensive, he explained that some trees, bushes, and plants would not do well in my yard. The stone he used, was top quality and made sure to truly fill in the yard- He worked with me to come up with a cost effective solution for my home and one week later, it was installed!
