Lorena's team did an outstanding job mowing both my front and back lawn. They were professional and worked efficiently. The edges were clean, and the grass was cut evenly, leaving the yard looking neat and well-kept. I really appreciate their attention to detail and will definitely be calling them again. Highly recommended!

I have never experienced something so incredibly frustrating. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We hired them to mow the front and back, trim the bush out front, and complete weeding. The pro assigned to us came and cut our grass and it was fine. He was also assigned to trim the bush and complete the weeding but told me he couldn’t complete it since he didn’t have the right tools with him and that he’d be back the next day. He gave us a quote on our weeding project and we accepted it. Next day comes and he no shows. I was told by the chat expert to give it 1-2 days and that they work sun rise to sunset and could have possibly gotten behind. 2 more days pass and the man never shows up and then I get the notification saying I was assigned a new pro. I was very frustrated with this as we have a time frame on when this needs to be done but was reassured they would have a new pro out to complete on time. Today I literally watched the new pro pull up, cancel my service, and send me a new quote for $122 to complete the bush trimming when we were quoted $35 originally. Absolutely ridiculous. And on top of that the other pro that is supposed to come quote us on our weeding project still has not arrived. I have spoke to several chat reps today, all of which have told me something different. It is now 5:00 and the pro is still not here to work on project. I’ve never been so frustrated with a company before. The worst part is I keep demanding my services be cancelled as we will find someone else to complete and they keep insisting they can’t due to a 48 hour rule. This is complete bull. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

They do great work, they went above and beyond providing service and I will continue to use their services for my lawn care needs.

Lawn Starter has been an amazing service since I began using them in the spring. Kevin has done an excellent job cutting the grass and ensuring the edges are nice and crisp!

I'm pretty eager to share my experience today with an impressive lawn mowing service I hired. Searching online I generally choose companies with good reviews. I gravitated to "LawnStarter Landscaping". Customer service was smart and thorough with questions to cover precisely what the homeowner requires to satisfy their own lawn maintenance needs. I was fortunate enough to get Gamaliel Cruz. Gamaliel came out and quickly put my lawn back to beautiful going over and beyond.. I loved it. Pretty obvious that Gamaliel has been mowing for quite some as he was highly professional and left the area nice and clean. Definitely found who will add to shining curb appeal!

The service that has been provided is amazing. He has been immediately responsive to all requests and even has sent me pictures of structural damage he noticed to my dad's roof. This helped us tremendously allowing us time to look for a repair / roofing service. I love this service also in that I truly notice a huge difference in the lawn and surrounding landscape. I actually use this and it's very convenient for me. App user friendly and the customer service is great as well.
