After 3 years of service, the quality of work changed. Consistent miscommunication, and not completing the work properly I've had to end the service from Superior lawn service.

I had been looking for a reliable lawn care company for years to service my dad’s property and Superior Lawn care has been and answer to my prayers. They have been consistent, and timely. Most important they are always responsive immediately when I need any additional services. I live in another state, so it has been especially exceptional that I can rely on them to thoroughly amd consistently complete the lawn care of my dad’s property and they have always come through!

Our HOA has been working with Superior for lawn care and snow removal for over a year now. The team is thorough, proactive, and professional. Our lawn looks much better and we don’t have to hoard snow salt in case no one shows up like we did with the last company!

Overall unpleasant experience with this company for a few reasons; to start, I requested for them to place LIGHT BLUE rocks around the perimeter of my backyard, when the rocks arrived and they placed them down I noticed that they were very clearly and obviously not light blue, but brown-for context, I was shown two options of blue rocks, neither of which was placed in my yard, after raising concerns I was told that the rocks would lighten up after they “dried” because they were “wet”-they did not lighten up. I should also mention that in terms of their facial expressions they seemed to realize their mistake but did not offer to remedy it and instead tell me they would turn blue. It’s nice but it’s not what I asked and paid a large sum of money for. Additionally, they ensured me that they would be back to cut my grass, weeks passed and the grass was still not cut, I do understand that the spring season results in a busier schedule as there are more clients to attend to (this was the reason they gave on the one occasion they did answer) however I waited almost an entire month and nothing, I called on multiple occasions as well as sent messages to ask about when they would get to no avail resulting in frustration and my cancellation of their services, very disappointing and unprofessional.

Im so glad i found this company!! I was looking for someone to clean my front yard of leaves.....they got back to me quickly , they came out right away to do the work and they did it well...the yard looks great..leaves gone!! I really appreciated how quickly they responded back to me ...it was an effortless process. I'll definitely use them for any other needs that may arise for me. Really great place!

Superior Lawn Service provided a super speedy response to eradicating all of the weeds growing up through our asphalt lot. They took a disaster and made it look beautiful. Very professional and flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend them for any lawn care and landscaping needs.

Responded very promptly, came to review and provide quote next day and scheduled work for the following day. Their work was very good. They even finished some extra area with mulch that we hadn’t discussed to make my yard look nicely finished, and did not charge me extra for that. I’ve struggled all spring to find a reliable yard/landscape service. Superior was the answer and they did a great job.

They were so quick in getting back to us with cost estimates and did a great job on our yard. They even did our leaves without even asking since we are new customers. Also, they wore masks the entire time they worked on a yard and we appreciate any business that takes health and safety seriously.

This business is a unicorn. Luis gave great practical design advice, the hardscaping install looks great and he was super responsive. Highly recommend.

Luis and his team were a pleasure to work with. Luis was flexible in the planning phase, willing to listen to our ideas and brought in his expertise and suggestions to create an amazing end result. The team communicated clearly, responded to questions almost immediately, worked professionally and fast, were very respectful of the property, and cleaned up after their work.

Very happy with the work Luis and his team did from beginning to end on our driveway. Luis worked closely with us to refine our design, brought us a variety of samples, provided a range of estimates and then set realistic timelines and schedules. Once work began Luis and his team were highly professional, courteous, punctual and very respectful of our and the neighbor's property. Our driveway looks great is a great addition to our home.

Total Scam depending on which crew they send. I had hired them to mow biweekly during July and August while i was out to town. The first three mowings were o.k. but they e-mailed me that they could not mow my back yard because the gate was to small(same gate as the previous 3 mowing and the previous two years I had hired then),the yard was to hilly(there is no hill on my lawn, and the entrance was blocked by a bush(which it is not.) When I called to complain , they said they had a different "pro" and would send them back to mow the entire lawn. They then sent me a text they had mowed the entire lawn but when I got back in town the back yard had not been touched , After I called them to complain again, they sent me a sarcastic letter saying "they were glad they could make my day a little happier" but do not give refunds. I finally just finished the back yard myself and well as several missed spots in the rest of the yard. They also scheduled mowings for September even thought I have repeatedly told they not to.

Matthew was professional and respectful of my property. I appreciate his timeliness and flexibility.

Did not follow easy requests. Arrived unannounced. Did not reply to my question about arrival time. Damaged some property. Left uncut grass. Sprayed wet grass that caked on deck and sliding door channel. Put my personal safety in jeopardy. Telephone rep's info did not align with reality in the field. A $15 credit off a $60 purchase.

Company appears to hire cheap labor and to drive further profits from constant annoying upselling to clients, putting pursuits for profit above customer satisfaction.

Even customer service's response to our report of an awful experience at our first trial appointment opened with an upsell (an offer with an additional charge for added options).

Pretty easy and convenient using the app, some payouts should be a little higher but other then that it’s a good app to use.
