The cleaning crews we had (Lupe and Leticia, first time for a deep clean; Lupe and Erica second time; Wendy and Maria third time) did a good job. Their office however was unresponsive to emails and phone calls to reschedule our fourth appointment. We assumed they'd show up today and were instead no-shows. I have heard from other who've used them of their experiencing similar issues re: communication and no-shows, as well. We are moving forward with selecting another company with better communication and management, even if it means paying a higher fee. You pay for what you get.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this company. I found them on Nextdoor and they were able to accommodate a last minute request for a regular cleaning so I was very grateful they could fit me in so quickly. I have a 1 bedroom condo, its always kept very tidy and clean, however I had guests coming in town staying with us and I did not have time to do a full cleaning (bathroom, dust, wash floors, vacuum). The two women arrived early, they were very pleasant. However the quality of work was not good. After they finished, I checked the bathroom and noticed they had not touched the shower. I asked them to clean it before they left while I took a work call, and after they left, I checked it again and noticed that they did not clean the shower basket and the cap to the sliding glass door was missing. The cap is on the handle on the sliding glass door, it is loose and falls off occasionally when I clean the doors so I assumed it fell off and they placed it somewhere but it was no where to be found. So now I have a missing cap on my shower door. Also, there was black hair all over my floors, and stuck in piles. I had to re-wash all the floors myself. I have a bar cart in the dining room area, looks like they just cleaned around it, and didnt bother to clean underneath - its on wheels so its not like it has to be moved at all, its just like cleaning underneath a table. Part of my floors looked untouched. Same with my credenza which is on high legs - nothing was cleaned underneath. Its like they just did a surface clean which honestly wasnt what I needed since I keep my place pretty clean anyway. My rug (1 of only 3 small area rugs in the whole place) was also not vacuumed well (still popcorn and crumbs from my husband the night before visible) - I ended up using their vacuum myself before they left to do a better job. I spent about an hour and half after they left cleaning up black hair and redoing all the floors, and cleaning the shower again. SO disappointing, I was trying to save time and ended up doing it myself anyway. When I called to say I was missing the cap, they said there was nothing they could do. So not worth the frustration.

Absolutely outrageous prices for very basic, surface level cleaning. They just attempted to raise rates on me for the second time in just a few months and now charging $100 for my tiny studio apartment that takes 45 min to clean. You can find way better cleaners at much more reasonable rates.

We hired them to clean our new condo, we have had the floors done and the apartment painted. We need to move next day, so I met the crew when they arrived and gave a list of things that I really needed for them to take care off, including cleaning the front door frame, disinfecting the kitchen and Cleanning the closet to make sure next day would could move in. There was a crew of 4 ladies. I came back around 3 hours after and they had already finish, but oh surprise! The front door was never touched, so I took a look at the KEY spaces to be able to move next day. The kitchen was also dusty and dirty from previous owners, I had to end up cleaning it myself with multiple Clorox wipes, they all were Almost black… next I checked the closet and off course , ALSO never touched, the dust was all over, so same thing ended cleaning myself… 2 hours after of REAL DEEP CLEANING, I got done 50% of the job that we paid Ana’s maids to do!! They charge us $280 for a VERY POOR JOB! My husband texted them about how disappointed we were and a very respectful way and never got an answer! On top of everything, next day, I was needing the broom that I purchased the morning before the Cleanning was scheduled and it was gone. I text them saying that maybe they took it by mistake. The answer was “we checked our broom and we don’t have your, they must have throw it away. Over All VERY DISAPPOINTED, we felt taken advantage off, the service they provided should not cost more that $140 or so. I would have been more than happy to pay the $280 if The “DEEP CLEANING” was actually done! :/

I have been using them since I move to Chicago 8yrs ago and they do an awesome job cleaning my condo. I haven’t had any problems with them. So far I love them!

The cleaners are actually nice , great and thorough but due to the manager , They have deceptive practices when it comes to financials. They were charging $40 per hour per person but will send 4 people to your home unknowingly so they can get the rate up for a small apartment. That's not how you do business or keep customers. It's wrong and deceitful. Also there is no real business accounting with invoices , etc.

I cannot recommend Carpet Cleaners plus enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely perfect. We used Chicago carpet cleaners plus to get our couch and area rug cleaned and it was great! Our couch had a ton of milk stains from our toddler and the cleaning did a great job getting them out. Our tech was quick and efficient. And the price was very reasonable! Would definitely use them again.
