I had my sectional cleaned today & it was the best experience! For reference my sectional is 112”W x 82”D x 36”H. Our 8 year old Pitbull relieved herself on the couch and we needed someone quick. I reached out yesterday and they immediately fit me in the schedule for today - not even 24 hours! The technician was very polite and respectful. Quick yet efficient. Our couch looks and smells brand new. Pricing is more than fair in my opinion for the quality of service. Highly recommend, we will be using them for all our upholstery and carpet cleaning needs going forward!

Our building’s carpeted stairs had gone many years without a cleaning. Carpet Cleaners came out less than a week after my initial inquiry and did a great job. They were friendly and efficient.

Carpet Cleaners Plus did an awesome job on my carpets. They got out stains I thought would never come out and left everything smelling fresh. The crew was super nice and worked really fast too.

I called Carpet Cleaners Plus Chicago after my toddler spilled juice and snacks all over the living room rug 😩 I thought it was a lost cause, but the guy who came out was amazing. He didn’t just clean the stains he deep-cleaned the entire area and made it look better than before. He even gave me a few tips on how to handle spills in the future, which I really appreciated. The whole process was easy and stress-free, and they didn’t overcharge. It’s rare to find people this nice and professional at the same time. I’ll definitely call them again next time my kid decides to get creative with his snacks 😂

Our condo association hired Carpet Cleaners Plus to clean the front stairway carpeting of our six flat which had not been cleaned in several years.
While they were here, we arranged for them to clean an 8x10 living room rug and a sleeper sofa in our condo. John and Tom the techs who did the cleaning were professional in every way. The sofa cushions that were very soiled look brand new. The living room carpet is still drying, but looks great.
John and Tom did excellent work and explained the process, answering any questions I had. They were very courteous and provided excellent customer service. The common area front stairway carpeting also looks great.
I highly recommend them!

Leon and Louis were great! I had pet stain issues from a cat with separation anxiety……..and he spayed all over my basement baseboards…….. and carpet. Louis explained the process and got up all the staining. Cleaned my stairs and landings upstairs too from dirt and wear. Great service and communication:)) thanks again for your help……much appreciated. And Ray the cat is wearing pants from now on!!! lol!!

Carpet cleaners plus did a phenomenal job at my new house, they called 30 min prior, techs were polite and very professional. All stains came out and my house smell so fresh and cleaned!

John and Baxter spent nearly the whole day cleaning carpeting, rugs and furniture. They were very thorough, had great communication and cleaned up so well but for the wet rugs, you wouldn’t even know they were there. They were polite and thoughtful. We intend to use them for whenever we need carpet and furniture cleaning. I highly recommend them!

I had a deep general cleaning by a mother-daughter team yesterday and my carpets cleaned today. The deep cleaning was THE BEST I have ever had. The carpet team.was punctual, polite, effective and fast. I am very pleased with all the services I had from Carpet Cleaners Plus. The star is the owner. He is one of the most ethical and easy to work with business owner I have contracted with. He assured me that I would be happy with the results and that he would guarantee that. I was a bit hesitant because I have been burned by companies before that charge you for a deep.clean and do a very inadequate job. Yes, this company was a bit pricier than I was used to, but I decided to take a chance. TOTALLY A GREAT GAMBLE. The service was so worth it.

I paid $349 for 3.5 rooms of pretty dirty worn.carpet and $450 for a 2Br, 2.5 bath, kitchen, family room, living room, dining 3 level town home. I paid $150 extra because the deep clean took longer than anticipated ( mind you , Leon the owner did not call me asking for this money as he stood by his original quote of $450) and in appreciation for the type of business owner he is. Give this company a try.

Luis came to my home and did an amazing job! He arrived in his van, in company uniform very polite. His cleaning was great! He and his team took their time and got the cleaning done properly. Thank you so much!
