I have been using this company for the past 2-3 years for twice a year window cleaning. They are always very professional, they show up on time, do an excellent job and are reasonably priced.

Used you guys for a few years now. Very satisfied. You've washed my windows twice a year since May 2012 and power washed my architectural stone on the from of my building every year as well.

Did an extraordinary job on exterior windows and screens that hadn’t been cleaned in several years. My condo is on the second floor which adds to the difficulty. I recommend them highly.

Not only on time but early! Reasonable rates, painless scheduling, and really nice employees - I loved that afterward the fellow showed me pics he had taken of my clean gutters. (Otherwise, how would I know? I’m not going up there!)

Crew did a great job, very professional, pleasant. Reasonable priced. Had to call the office to make sure the prices were ok, and that is a different experience. Very rude, unprofessional and snooty customer service. If you don’t have to deal with the office staff, totally great experience.

I love seeing Tom every year. He does a fantastic job on my windows and storm windows, for a decent price. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality window washer!

I have a complex situation (too long to write about here), I submitted a request via their website, got very prompt contact w/ a request for photos via email and a technician scheduled to come to my home a few days later to give me an estimate.

I haven’t worked with them on my project yet but based on this super experience I expect that they will exceed expectations.

Andy followed up with a quote in one business day. The crew arrived on time and took great care working both outside around the landscaping and inside around the furniture. The windows and skylights looked great!

I am very impressed with the window cleaning service that I received. I have 35 windows. Chris, my service rep came in cleaned every one streak free inside and out with out any mess ( and I have white carpet in some rooms). I have used cleaning services before and had ok / to good service , I never expect perfect. However, this service was perfect so I am extremely impressed...If you are looking for a service use this one and ask for chris...

Cleaned the windows inside and out for our commercial building in Wheaton. Professional, fast, and thorough. An excellent experience all the way around. Highly recommend them.

Contacted Andy to do some gutter cleaning. He sent his guys right out to do the job. I added another area to the job, which his guy agreed to do for another $50. I was not there to monitor the job, so I appreciated them sending pictures of the work. When the added gutter was not in the pictures, I asked to see a picture to make sure they did the extra area that I requested. Andy got very irritated and acted like I was putting him out and that he was doing me a favor. I was merely trying to make sure the guys did the right gutter and there was no confusion. I talked to the guy who did the job and he sent me the pic I was asking for. It wasn’t really that hard, but Andy wanted to make a big deal about my request for a pic. When you offer to take pics of the work, don’t complain when asked for an additional picture. He was very unprofessional and I will not be using Crystal Clear again and recommend you don’t either.

Job well done! Prices fair! Hired these fine folks for our business in River North, for a window clearing and a power wash of an awning. Both were done extremely well and they took care NOT to bother our customers. Again, VERY professional. Great folks! a 5 start job on all counts!

Crystal Clear Window Washing has handled window cleaning for many of my clients, as well as working for me in my personal residence. I have found Crystal Clear to be professional, reasonably priced and their crew does a fantastic job getting windows to sparkle -- very important when selling a home and also rather nice to look out of crystal clear windows at your own home!

Last year I gave Crystal Clear a stellar review but not this year. The service delivered by Rudy Fernandez and his crew this year was exceptional last year and this year.. They literall had to chip the frozen leaves from my gutters. Crystal Clear now has a hidden charge of $5.00 for each paper lawn bag they use to stuff the leave from your gutters in. I don't like that. I may be looking for another source to clean my gutters next year.

The crew were pleasant and did a great job on our windows. We had recently had tuckpointing done so they were very dirty. Highly recommended

I had carpets cleaned day before and they even offered to move my furniture back in place. I didn't except, but they were hard workers and very professional & polite.
