Carpet cleaners Plus was fantastic! They managed to schedule a cleaning appointment the next day. They were prompt, competitively priced, and did an excellent job removing pet odor from our carpets and rugs. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

The technicians worked carefully on every inch and managed to lift stains that had been there for years. The carpet now feels soft again under my feet and the whole room smells so much fresher. Very poor carpet cleaning service. They arrived late, didn’t clean the stains properly, and left my carpets damp and smelling bad. After they left, I noticed several spots were still dirty. Definitely not worth the money — I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Carpet cleaners plus came same day and made my room and couch brand new again! I had a lot of pet stains and david was very professional and polite. Price was very fair and the communication with the office was easy and fast.

We needed carpet repair after the city dug up our basement for a water line replacement. The whole process, from reaching out to Leon to having Alvin come and fix the carpet was seamless (pardon the pun). Highly recommended!
