House Cleaning Services was fantastic from beginning to end. They were punctual, meticulous and did an over and above cleaning. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. My house looks amazing! It was an exit cleaning as we are moving (house is for sale) and we are now living in other accommodations. To see the house all cleaned up and prepared for a new family of buyers was very satisfying. I will use them again when we get settled in our new condo! Olena was very professional and did a great job cleaning our house. She came on time, inquired if there was anything in particular I wanted done and got the job done. The best part about working with them is trust. I trust her to come in and out of the house without any issues.

We have been customers of House Cleaning Services for the past 4 years. Natalie and her team have been great, they are timely and do an exceptional job of cleaning. We are on a every 3 week schedule and I think typically on Thursdays. We enjoy the team coming, they are so nice and happy to help with any extras that we need done. Love House Cleaning Services!

The team that has been cleaning my home so far is absolutely wonderful. They are hard working and leave my home sparkling. They even made my bed after I accidentally bought the wrong sized sheets (my fault) and found the correct size in the linen closet. They communicate well about schedule changes and special requests for cleaning. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

I called Cleaning House Services to clean my entire house from top to bottom, as I am extremely busy and don't have time to clean. I received a call right away and Olena was able to come the next day which was PERFECT! She was very thorough and did a phenomenal job, plus the nice card at the end was a nice touch. Will definitely be using again and recommending family/friends as well.

The cleaning service attached extreme importance to customer satisfaction when performing their job. They’re always asking for comments in order to make improvements on behalf of every one of their clients. I have been with them for a few years and love coming home to a clean house each time they visit! They are great. When I come home, I always find the blanket that has pics of my dogs on it placed nicely over the couch headrests so you can see the pretty pics. It's always very heartwarming to see that your team does that. Also, they place the pillows so you can see the dogs' faces on them too and not placed upside down. All the dog products were gifts and your team always takes such great care of them. The house feels amazing also. So clean!

I knew as soon as I asked about our having our house cleaned that I was going to be happy. Communication is key, and they have it togethere. They accommodated my schedule and found a time that was convenient for me. Esmira was friendly, yet very professional. Our home looks and smells wonderful. Wow, everything just feels better. House Cleaning Services was amazing! We had a deep clean done on our one bedroom plus living room, large loft space and bathroom. Natalie the owner was super professional, had great follow up and made sure we were happy with the work. The staff went above and beyond, they cleaned areas that were hard to reach. Angelica and Yana tackled the stairs, cleaned the cobwebs from our vaulted ceilings and skylights and cleaned all our floors, walls, countertops, and cabinets inside and out. They even moved appliances and furniture to clean areas that had 6 years of grime built up. The bathroom was spotless and the floorboards throughout the house were cleaned to perfection. They had great attitudes and approached the tough job with professionalism and positivity. We loved having these ladies clean our home and will definitely use them for all future cleanings.
I highly recommend them, they are the best!!

I had given House Cleaning Services 4 stars because of some communication problems, and now I have to give them 5 stars because of great service and trying to work with tough schedule! Last time we had Esmira and Victoria clean our house and we really enjoyed their work and detailed cleaning. No spot, cranny or corner was left untouched when they left and they got the job done while my husband and I worked around the house. They are definitely a great duo and I highly recommend them!

This was the first time I have ever used a cleaning service and I truly believe the Lord above sent this company to me for four cleanings. I owned my own cleaning company so I tend to be a little hard to please. Angelica did an exceptional job and I was beyond thrilled. To sum it up....I am extremely satisfied.

House Cleaning Services Chicago did a good job overall. The team was on time, friendly, and worked efficiently. Most areas, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, were cleaned very well. I was slightly disappointed they missed a few spots like dusty corners. Despite that, I’d still recommend them and consider using them again.

I absolutely love them. They come twice a month and clean the house like crazy. Esmira and Olena did an excellent job today, they really made sure I was happy and everything was perfect. I never thought I would be happy enough to hire a cleaning company, but these girls really made sure I was beyond pleased.

We’ve been customers for about a year and a half now and get serviced monthly. You receive a phone call the day before they are scheduled to come the following day (this is super helpful for me because I apparently can’t look at the calendar they send you to figure out when they are coming). The individuals who come to the house are all very pleasant and arrive during the time window they say they will be there. By this point, they know our family and our routine, they recognize our dog, and if he’s being quiet they will stop to pet him. They clean the house from top to bottom (bathrooms, kitchen, wiping all counters, floors, cabinets etc) in about 1 1/2 hours and the house looks wonderful every time.

I am a customer for more than a year and they are very professional, organized and trustworthy. I had the opportunity to meet today with Angelica and she is simply amazing. I am a very particular person about the level of cleaning and I am pretty sure this rate is 5 stars. Thank you!

My lady is Yana and she is terrific! I saw the advertisement about cleaning the oven and/or refrigerator so I thought I would have my oven cleaned when Yana got here yesterday. She was tired when she got here but did the usual cleaning and my oven. Wow what a difference! Thanks Yana! I recommend her and the service!
