After moving from a 3 bedroom apartment, I employed Pleasant Palace's services. They did a thorough job of cleaning the whole place top to bottom. Services were rendered in a day. I was very much pleased.

Overall she did a good job. However, when I expected my home afterwards, I found several places where it was not cleaned and visible dirt was left. I shared this and the owner never responded nor did she offer to come back to clean it. After paying $800 for cleaning, I expected better customer service. I considered booking her again - if she would have acknowledged the issue and offered to clean it. Disappointed because I didn’t expect it this would be her reaction given my initial interaction with her. Gave 3 stars because there were parts left dirty but the parts cleaned were good.

I hired Pleasant Palace to take on the tedious job of cleaning my baseboards and walls in my home, in addition to some deep cleaning. My home is mostly white, so it was no small feat; my place was sparkling when the cleaners were done! They also have great personalities and I will be using them again the near future!

Excellent services with great attention to detail. The cleaners come once a month to help keep our apartment clean and they do a great job! They tailor each visit to what we need that month - if we have guests coming we ask them to do the guest bathroom instead of master, etc. They are always able to adapt and get the job done well. Also very communicative so we never have issues if we have to change things last minute!!
