Hired for deep clean, window washing, tidying up areas, oven cleaning, cabinets, deep clean floors. For perspective, it’s a 2000 sq feet unit. The work by Johary and Alfreidy was perfection. There was definitely a calming therapeutic feeling being surrounded by a clean, tidy, and cohesive home. I would recommend and rebook.

I booked this cleaning company the night before, and they were able to accommodate my request without any issues. Andrea arrived on time, was incredibly friendly, and worked efficiently. She left the 600 square foot studio unit looking spotless and fresh. The total bill, including tip, was $199.90, which I found to be reasonable for the quality of service provided.

Lourdes cleaned my apartment. She did a fantastic job. I had grease marks and residue I spots I didn’t even know was dirty. Here is evidence just to show how good of a job she did.

Guissella and her crew came through and cleaned my place spotless. They cleaned places I’ve never thought about. I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies but honestly they were miracle worker. Very respectful , efficient and honest. Would def promote them to others!

Lourdes-Rosa did a very detailed oriented job in terms of my move-out cleaning.
Including the inside of the cabinets, fridge and other appliances. Restroom and bedroom are cleaned very well too.

The first crew did a good job cleaning the kitchen, but didn’t do a very good job on the floors. I reached out to Isaac and he scheduled an additional cleaning for the floors and Angie vacuumed and mopped all the rooms. Thanks for making it right and I’ll order their services again in the future.

I just moved into an old apartment and the management company did a horrible job cleaning. They left dead bugs, and dirt everywhere in the apartment. I hired Get It Done so I could feel comfortable and they did AMAZING. The apartment is so clean and comfortable now, I feel like I can actually relax in my home. They even changed my sheets and the apartment smelled amazing when I walked in. Overall 10/10. I will now be scheduling bi weekly cleanings.

Absolutely amazing service! I hired Get It Done for a move out clean for our 1 bed/1 bath apartment and to be totally honest my husband and I had treated that place rough. There was a ton of dog hair and dust left when we moved out. Get It Dones cleaning crew was so thorough I was almost in disbelief. Truly amazing company and amazing staff. 11/10 would hire again and would recommend to everyone I know!

Jessica and Janneth did an amazing job with cleaning the new condo I just moved in to. They were so timely and were very detailed in getting every corner of every closet as well as the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living areas. My home received really great service and care and I am super appreciative to have had them come in the day before the movers come with my stuff. I will be using them again once I have settled into my condo for another deep clean!

We are very happy with this cleaning service. Angie did a great job cleaning our second home in the South Loop and for just $150 we were really impressed at the level of detail she used and how careful she was to use clean rags for different areas so there was no cross contamination. Our home was left fresh and clean

I had Johary and Alfieri show up for a free walk thru, but decided to go through with the cleaning once I got the price...They seemed nice and navigated the language barrier well, but the work I actually wanted done was more of an afterthought on their way out. - deep cleaning the floors. Two floors were completely neglected and didn't get a drop of water lol...

They have nice organizational skills, but that wasn't what I asked for. I was already skeptical about paying "professionals" to help me start over and this is what I was afraid of. I don't plan on using this service again. I'm convinced the people that raved about their work just didn't have as challenging of a job for them to do. They did clean the easy stuff I said I would do on my own in the form I filled out when scheduling the free quote, so that's why I gave at least one star.

Also, the last minute, rushed 2 out of 4 floor jobs left my apartment smelling weird so I had to go over it with some fabuloso and clean mop pads. I'd ask for my money back, but I'm pretty sure I read there are no refunds. The number they tell you to text doesn't even reply when you do anyway so I'm good lol...I just won't risk it again. Apparently, it's hit or miss with cleaning companies. Hire at your own risk. You could be one of the lucky ones. 🙃

One more thing: just realized they broke the screen outside my back door when rushing out smh

UPDATE: Isaac told me about the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and quickly sent a new team to resolve the issue. Lourdes and her team did an aMAZing job on these floors and everything else they touched up. The floors even smell good this time so I don't have to go over it with fabuloso! My kitchen floor is ONE color again! Thank y'all. 😁

Maria Lozano did a phenomenal job with my move-out cleaning! My apartment was dirtier than I expected and she made it look brand new. Would highly recommend Maria!

Andrea did a FANTASTIC job! We needed our place to be thoroughly cleaned prior to moving in, and now I feel more than comfortable doing so! From the insides of all the appliances to the top shelf of every closet, she didn’t miss a spot and did the job all by herself! I will definitely be booking this service again.

Cristina and Kevin did a fantastic job! I’m moving out shortly and they left the place looking brand new! This is my fourth time working with them and I will for sure be using Get It Done in the future:)

Andrea and Rosa did an amazing job! More thorough than I expected and even cleaned stuff I was fine with them not getting to (inside air fryer and microwave and then also vacuuming under sofa cushions). I would definitely recommend this cleaning service for prompt and excellent cleaning.
