UPDATE: We have previously used this company for a move-out deep clean. Following a busy Fall and holiday season, we desperately needed some help tidying our apartment so opted to use them again. We could not be more pleased with this decision. Janneth and Jessica spent considerable time and energy transforming our apartment to a more clean, tidy, and comfortable space. They performed all tasks inherent in a general cleaning as well as our specified add-ons and areas of focus. Really impressed with their work and will certainly book again in the future.

We scheduled a move out cleaning after being in our apartment for 6.5 years — Andrea did such an amazing job, it almost looked like the day we moved in, we were so impressed! She really took the time to ensure everything was sparkling and even left a detailed summary of all tasks performed (which were consistent with the services when booking online). The appointment was incredibly easy to make and Isaac and his team had excellent communication throughout so we had clear expectations of the process, and they promptly replied to any questions. Definitely recommend and will certainly use their services again, THANK YOU!

I can’t recommend them enough! Was blown away by how professional, efficient and detailed oriented the team was. Andrea and Rosa were super and left my apartment shining! I have a pug and he sheds like crazy and there’s no trace of dog hair left anywhere. Will definitely use this service again and again!

I had high hopes for this move-in clean, especially based on the company’s great reviews—but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The team sent two young adults who were polite, but it seemed like they hadn’t been properly trained in deep cleaning. I didn’t want to be rude at the time, but the results were disappointing: there were cobwebs left throughout the home, the kitchen sink and fridge weren’t cleaned thoroughly, the floors were not properly done, and the bathroom floors weren’t even mopped.

I genuinely expected more from a professional cleaning service. Maybe it just wasn’t their day, but I wouldn’t use this company again based on this experience.

Cristina and Adriana did an amazing job with our apartment move-out cleaning! I was especially worried about the kitchen grease, but they scrubbed everything inside and out, leaving it spotless. Every corner of the apartment was cleaned to perfection. They exceeded my expectations, and now I’m seriously considering scheduling routine cleanings for our new place. Highly recommend their services!

I highly recommend Andrea for her exceptional cleaning services. She recently cleaned our one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment at Parq Fulton, and the results were amazing! Everything looks absolutely pristine, just like the day we moved in. Andrea paid great attention to detail and ensured every corner was spotless. If you’re looking for someone reliable and thorough, Andrea is the BEST!

This is the worst company ever. I ordered a deep cleaning for $450. I specifically asked what was included, and they said floors, walls, and ceilings. In the end, the floors looked exactly the same — absolutely terrible results. They didn’t even bother to reply to my messages afterwards, not even to apologize for such poor service. They spent about 4 hours in my home, and this is the outcome. Just money thrown away. There was no point at all in getting a deep cleaning from them. I don’t have time to do deep cleaning because of my toddler. And that’s why I ordered deep cleaning . I could do better myself even better 🤦🏻‍♀️

Edit: I'm back with another review and I'm even more impressed than I was last time! Janeth/Jessica was so incredibly thorough. She even reorganized my dozens of magnets just so she could clean my fridge, and she also made my bed!! The floors are sparkling and every room is so much cleaner than before. She was able to somehow get the stain out of the oven even though I was certain it was a lost cause. I have never been happier with a deep clean!!!!

Andrea and Rosa completely blew me away with their absolutely incredible service and I am so happy!! Words cannot express how difficult my house was to clean and they did such a stellar job that everything sparkles and it's actually astonishing. They went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely be returning as a customer. Thank you SO much!!!!

Lourdes cleaned my apartment and did an amazing job. She paid special attention to the drawers, cabinets, kitchen and bathroom which was exactly what I needed. My place feels so much better now and I am super happy with the service!

We had Adriana as our cleaner. Absolutely unreal. She cleaned everything so well. She washed our dishes too, had so much clutter everywhere and she fully organized everything. Such an honest and hard working person. She did absolutely amazing. Truly went above and beyond to clean every part of our apartment. She will always bebe our cleaner when we need one.

Sandra and Ana are amazing. They are always on time promptly as expected; there is not a moment wasted as they are always very diligent. They are highly respected and recommended.

Maria Lozano did a wonderful job cleaning our apartment. She surprised us with her thoroughness, even cleaning our cats’ food dishes and litter box.

My sister booked a deep clean with the added tidy-up service, and honestly, I’m pretty disappointed. I’ll give credit where it’s due — the floors looked nice and they folded some blankets — but everything else felt rushed and half done.

I specifically told them not to throw away any of my pet items, but they still tossed my pet brushes, and even threw out things like my sleeping eye masks. I also only have ONE closet, and instead of actually organizing it, they just shoved things like slippers and random items inside, which made it look worse than before.

They also skipped several things that are supposed to be included in a deep clean — like cleaning the inside of the windows, doors, and door frames. It felt like they just did the bare minimum that showed on the surface instead of the detailed work I paid extra for.

What makes it more frustrating is that my sister used the same company at the same time and day, her cleaner spent almost double or even triple the time on her smaller apartment, and did a way more thorough job. I really wish I had gotten that same level of care .

We didn’t bother them while they were working — we stayed on another floor the whole time, and our pets were in a separate room they were told not to enter.

And just to be clear — I chose not to reach out or ask them to come back, not because I was satisfied, but because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of scheduling a redo. Still, I really feel that a service like this should be done correctly the first time without the customer having to follow up or point things out, especially given the price and expectations.

I really hope they work on consistency, quality control, and following customer instructions — especially when it comes to throwing things away. Our cleaners were Marleny, Janneth, and Adriana

Angie and Andrea did an amazing job with the deep cleaning and it is absolutely exceptional. My house smells absolutely fresh and I feel like it looks brand new, which is something that every mom needs, especially for what you paid Four. I’ll be definitely doing a reoccurring service with these two as they did an amazing job and made my house smell fresh and clean. Especially my bathroom, which was absolutely horrendous before.

Sandra and Ana did an amazing job cleaning my one-bedroom apartment! The kitchen and bathroom looked fantastic when they were finished, and I was especially impressed that they were able to remove stains from the leather side handles of my office chair—something I could never get out myself. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently and carefully, and were polite and professional. I’ve used them twice now and specifically requested them the second time because I was so impressed with their work during the first visit. Thank you so much, Sandra and Ana!

After trying a few different cleaning services we finally found Antonia and team. She does excellent work and is a pleasure to work with. I have referred them to all my friends and family. Excellent support & professional service.

After getting an ankle injury, I needed last minute cleaning service and they were incredibly helpful with squeezing me into the calendar on short notice! The team did an amazing job, and the cleaning job was very thorough/detail oriented. Look forward to having them come back for more cleaning services in the future!
