The company’s staff always do a great job. I really enjoy that they use their own cleaning products & if there is ever an issue, they send a staff to fix the issue (all issues have been very minor). My last two ladies, Esmira and Yana, worked really hard to make sure my house was cleaned to perfection! Best cleaning service I have tried.

I really like the House Cleaning Services. All of the employees are always very courteous. They always ask if there is anything else that I need done special. For the most part I can count on them to be there and take care of things. I’m very pleased with the service I get from Yana and her partner.

I used few cleaners and was very disappointed. Last cleaning company I used never sent cleaner or cancel few hours before booking. So glad I booked this team. Victoria and Yana were just great ladies. Professional and friendly. I will use this ladies again for regular cleaning.

I’ve used plenty of cleaning services in my lifetime, and have never been 100% satisfied until I found House Cleaning Services! Esmira and Olena performed a deep clean in preparation for my move and there really wasn’t any area they didn’t touch. From the floors to the ceilings, they cleaned everything with great detail and even performed the little things that other companies don’t do. I will definitely be using them again!

Esmira is absolutely amazing! She goes the extra mile every time and is always punctual, despite how little time she has. I’m sure no one loves paying for a service like this, but Esmira is definitely worth every penny to us. If House Cleaning Services would lower their rates a bit, I’d tip her even more than I already do. She does exceptional work, even with our two hyper pets running around. Great job.

Esmira,Olena and Angelica were at my house today for a deep clean before photos were to be taken tomorrow for a real estate listing. All of these young ladies were very professional in courteous they were at my house for approximately 8 hours and did not miss any spots. They wiped down billboards, ceiling fans and all the wood trim in the house including doors and door jams. I asked for the window to be clean which was included in the quote but was pleasantly surprised when I was told that the glass doors to the patio are included too! I enjoyed my day with these lovely people and can't wait to have them at my house again in the near future. Natalle the customer service person I spoke with, always answered my questions in a timely manner and I was very careful to get the priorities correct. I would definitely be calling to have any of these girls return and would recommend them to everyone for all your cleaning needs.

I thought I would take a moment to give Olena the shout out she deserves for a well deserved 5 star review!Olena has done several jobs for us and we always appreciate her thoroughness, promptness and kindness. We are a natural cleaning product company so we are a bit picky about cleaning, to say the least. Olena goes above and beyond in all aspects of her work. She is an exceptional communicator which is such a relief when working with contractors. We are happy to recommend her services and commend her on her terrific work ethic.

Just Clean It, Inc is a fairly new company who recently started doing unit cleanings for us in downtown Chicago. They've done a terrific job so far and feedback from our clients has been fantastic. I would recommend this new company to anyone wanting a grade A cleaning for a reasonable price. The management oversight / quality assurance of each cleaning can't be beat.
