Acqualina Cleaning service is the best in the city, hands down! Christim is such a kind individual and you can really tell she cares about all her clients. She doesn’t just do the basics and call it a day, it’s clear she takes her time with every little cleaning detail. From folding clothes, to the cute sticker on toilet paper rolls, this is easily the best 5-star, white glove service you’ll ever get.

Christim and her team are fantastic. Our house is incredibly clean after their work. I appreciate that she cleans things that would be easy to miss, like the pendant lights over the sink. I’m also grateful that she truly takes care of the whole house, including dog walking, light cooking, ironing, etc. I’d highly recommend!

This was my 1st time having my carpets and area rugs cleaned by this company. Oliver was my technician, and he was very efficient, and precise with his work. I'm known to be very particular, so satisfying my expectations isn't an easy task, however Oliver's work + customer service was nothing less than 5 Stars. Thank you from a very happy customer! The team at Chicago Carpet Care was extremely responsive and accommodating. They got back to me with a competitive quote right away & were flexible when we had to reschedule the appointment just 2 days out. We got an 8ft couch out of storage - it was dusty and had dander flying from it. After getting it cleaned, it smells fresh, is comfortable, and no more flyaways! Chicago carpet care did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet after we moved out of our condo. We have a senior dog who left a few stains on top of the wear and tear from the move. Chicago carpet care took their time to focus on each area and th carpet looks brand new! They were responsive and very professional. I would definitely recommend their services!

We used Chicago Carpet Care about 2 years ago and when I called George again he was incredibly professional, honored the same price we had two years ago and was able to schedule us within a day. We had the best experience and will be using them annually. They removed stains from our couch that we didn’t think would ever come out ( impressive given we have anxious dog and two small kids). They were fast and came the next day and were so easy to work with.

My dog had a sever allergic reaction to a carpet cleaner I’d used on my own, so I had CCC come out to help fix the problem. I contacted them through the website and they responded within an hour! Very shortly we had an appointment for the NEXT DAY. Pavel was great! He understood my issue and was very thorough. The cleaning took less than an hour, and I’m very satisfied with the service!

Chicago Carpet Care fit me in last minute and came to my home the same day to clean an area rug my pup had an accident on. They are professional and made sure I was satisfied with the result. From the receptionist who answered the phone to see if they can fit me in to the technician and then the follow up the next day. They were very responsive to my request for a quote, their pricing was more than fair, they were communicative up to their arrival and most importantly did an amazing job. I moved into a furnished apartment that had been previously owned by a very very messy cat owner and my allergies were terrible. Very happy with Chicago Carpet Care. They responded to my inquiry within minutes (on a holiday no less) and I had them scheduled for 2 days later. Their technicians were professional, courteous and efficient. They successfully restored our wool fabric couch removing a child’s vomit stain and smell.

We called for a spot clean after a messy pet accident on our carpet. They were able to fit us in the same day and cleaned the spot very thoroughly and efficiently, along with the rest of the carpet. I recently used SN Cleaning, Inc. to clean carpets for a 3 bedroom apt. I compared prices with other companies and felt their cost was best for my needs. The communication from initial inquiry to day of service was great. The technician contacted me when he was enroute. After he finished we did walk through and he explained why some stains wouldn't come out. I will definitely use them again.
