I’ve been using Chicago Carpet Care for 2 years, and they never disappoint. They always show up on time, and my carpets come out super clean and free of pet odors. Communication is really easy, they always get back to me quickly. They are also super friendly, which I love. This is the only company I’ll ever use!!!

My beige 7’ couch which I’ve owned since 1969, was filthy. A respectful and knowledgeable man came into my home and worked skillfully at cleaning and removing any stains. Today my velvet couch is a centerpiece in my living room.

As always they did a great job cleaning my carpeting. Even got a, stuff stain out. Would definitely use them again. Used them several times before.

Used their services for some couches, rugs and mattresses and it was quite worth it. Having 3 cats at home there is no way to actually keep it clean so I try to have it done professionally every so often. Darko was great, attentive and really treated as it was his own house. I will definitely be using them again in a year or two!

The are very responsive and my technician was very efficient. He cleaned my 8,000 sqft office in 3 hours and was able to get many stains out of the carpet that I was sure would be permanent. This was my 2nd time hiring them and we will definitely hire SN again when we need carpet cleaning.

Jordan was great. He communicated clearly, was very accommodating, and took his time to ensure a quality carpet cleaning from start to finish. He wore boot covers while in the apartment and walked us through the solution, technology, and process. I would highly recommend Chicago Carpet Care for furniture and rug cleanings.

After reading so many positive reviews, I contacted Chicago Carpet Care for some long-delayed carpet and furniture cleaning. They were professional and responsive from the outset, setting an appointment within a few days and accommodating my schedule. The technician, Dan, who performed the work was exceptional -- skilled, personable, and determined to remove every possible spot! I'm very pleased with the results and would highly recommend their service.

I called to get pricing on their services, and once I decided I wanted to use them I called back. They were able to fit me in two days later.Then actually showed up early, and did a really great job. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I would certainly use them again for all my carpet cleaning needs.

I sent a request for quote at 11:00 AM and they were able to have someone at my house, same day, by 1:30 PM. They are incredibly responsive and do great work. I’ve used them twice. Once before welcoming a baby home (where they cleaned both carpets and furniture) and once before moving out. It looked so good our HOA even had them do the hallway staircases. Would recommend them to anyone looking for good service for an affordable rate.

I am 80 years old and the time had come to sell my house. After my children took the things with priceless memories for them and for me, and furnishings they could use, there remained a daunting amount of clutter to clean out! So I engaged 312 Janitorial to come and do their best --- and their best was even better than I had thought possible.

Led by two young men, Warren and Luis, the 322 team made intelligent decisions about which things to donate, which to place are street side for our town's spring cleanup day, which to take to my small nearby storage unit, which to truck to the home of one of my daughters, and which to discard in, eventually, three Dumpsters. They even identified several things of obvious sentimental value which they entrusted to a neighbor to hold for me.

They left every room, and the yard, in "broom clean" condition. Well, maybe the yard was "rske clean". They knew the project had a deadline and made sure to meet it. They kept in touch with me, reported their progress, and asked for my advice when necessary.

In short, they were capable, reliable, and creative when taking on a large and unusual job.

I recommend them highly.
