They have great response times and message you as soon as you inquire for a quote and ask questions to tailor to your needs. The carpets are now refreshed and smell great. The gentleman who came out to clean was very friendly and made sure he explained the cleaning process and aftercare. Highly recommend Chicago Carpet Care!

I had SN clean my large living rug and my vintage upholstered chairs. They did a great job and were super fast and efficient. My technician Denis was kind and professional and very considerate of my home and dog. Chicago carpet care did a great job on the carpet in my condo - we moved in and there were some mystery stains from the past tenants and they got them all out.

Communication and arranging the appointment was easy, and pricing is very competitive compared to other local companies I looked at. I was just very satisfied with what they did and am happy to be able to use my couch again. My dog had tried to convert it into her new bed but thankfully these guys saved the day.
