I have used this company four times now, I think. Three or four. Either way, I come back every time my old carpets need to be cleaned or repaired. The fabulous team does everything you need to help your carpets age gracefully. I have a very old rug that I’ve been dragging around for years, and these guys have helped me maintain it through a moth infestation and many pets and kids, extending its life years past expectancy.

The delivery and pick up crew are so polite and respectful. The entire experience for me has been five full stars every single time.

CCG has once again exceeded my expectations. An ancient carpet clean as a whistle! Another fantastic delivery from Oleg and his crew. Tip them well! They are considerate, respectful, and prompt. They always arrive within the window of time. They’re just great, and I can’t say it enough.

We were dealing with a possible moth infestation, and the team at Oriental Rug Cleaning Chicago came on short notice, picked up ALL of our rugs and pads, and cleaned them to perfection. Mike and Oleg did all of the heavy lifting and placed everyything back just as they found it. Thank you!

Had three oriental area rugs with cat urine smell cleaned and they came out great. Great service. Now working on a fourth area rug which need patching. Will report on that when finished.

Wonderful service! Prompt Communication! The carpets were cleaned beautifully and our Persian rugs came back looking amazing too, and all at a fair price!!! German and Oleg (all the techs by name please, I just don't have my papers with me!) were professional and patient and helped my mom move furniture that was too heavy for her. I've had two large carpets cleaned by Carpet Cleaning Group. Both times they did an excellent job, and I could really see a difference in how vibrant the colors became. The cost was lower than other quotes I received. The carpets were pickup up and delivered on time. I would not hesitate to use Carpet Cleaning Group again.

Maria, Mike, and Oleg have been great as a small project grew into an undertaking. They have been helpful keeping me organized while bringing multiple areas rugs for cleaning, and have reminded me that they offer pickup and delivery services. They have consistently met the delivery dates, and the area rugs look new and smell fresh. I am pleased with the customer service and quality of cleaning.

Carpet Cleaning Group picked up my oriental area rug, did an amazing job cleaning it, they were able to get some ugly ink stains out, and delivered my rug back to me. It doesn't get any easier than that. Everyone I communicated with were very nice. I highly recommend them!

German and Jose just delivered two rugs after having them cleaned and they couldn’t have been more genial. They were very careful with the rug placement and took great care with my furniture. Hector and Zack cleaned our carpets including bedroom, office, closet, two flights of stairs and landing. They were respectful, polite and efficient. They also took an area rug we had offsite to be cleaned. one week later, Hector and Jose returned the area rug and rolled it out in my dining room and moved the furniture back for me. Everything is fresh and clean. Thank you! Will definitely become a yearly thing.

Will definitely use again!! They were extremely responsive and easy to work with. I didn’t have to lift a finger for the entire service. They picked up my rugs from my apartment right on time, and dropped off within two weeks. When dropping off, they even moved my temporary rug, laid down the clean one, and put all my furniture back. The rugs were returned SPOTLESS. I had a big wine stain on the silk oriental rug, and it’s totally gone now. I even ordered a new rug pad through them and it was a super reasonable price, custom cut to fit the rug, and high quality. I also had them clean a wool runner that had salt and dirt in it. The colors are so vibrant now and it’s so soft. The two technicians (Oleg and Jose) were so polite, kind, and truly cared about the quality of the service. Highly recommend!
