Great Service! Called and same day pick up of the rugs dirtied by my senior Akita dog having an accident in the house. Super nice and very helpful. Highly recommend!

We were dog sitting a puppy and she had a very liquid accident on our rug. It looks so bad that we thought it was ruined and were coming to terms with having to throw it away. Last second I came upon Florian Rug Cleaning, gave them a call and Oscar was very responsive and picked up our rug the same day.

A couple days later we got it back and it was like new! Pricing was extremely reasonable and we were ecstatic with the outcome. We would highly recommend them for any rug cleanings and would trust them with any upholstery cleaning in the future.

HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! I never respond to flyers left on my door but took a chance on Florian. He was very responsive, gave me a fair quote for a small job and did a FANTASTIC job on carpet in a high traffic area that I was sure could never look so good and fresh again! I will use Florian's services again.

Florian did a great job cleaning our synthetic 5x8 area rug! But I couldn't give 5 stars because their prices were unclear. Before pick up, I was told the cost is $1.85/sq ft (about $74 for 40 sq ft) but the final bill was $85. When I asked if someone could explain the $11 difference, no one responded to the 3 follow up emails I sent over the course of a month. It's unfortunate because everyone I spoke to seemed nice and I would've been a repeat customer if someone just explained the $11.

Don't let this stop you from calling them, just double check the final bill.

We recently used Florian Rug Cleaning service to clean and refreshen our living room area rug. The service was phenomenal! Oscar, the owner, was responsible, very professional and flexible with time. He conveniently picked the carpet up and delivered it back when it was done. The carpet looks clean and fresh, highly recommend this service!
