Avoid this company altogether.

We had a heater failure on a bitterly cold morning, with temps well below freezing. The service tech returned our call pronto and went through troubleshooting via phone to identify the issue. They replaced the faulty part at a reasonable cost. I'd highly endorse this guy and would definitely hire him again.

We were treated to genuine professionalism, transparent pricing, and swift execution - even for a complex job like replacing two hot water heaters with little disruption to our tenants at a reasonable cost.
