We're satisfied with Mid-City Heating's service. Their technician was knowledgeable and arrived on schedule. It's great that they offered a senior discount, which we weren't aware of. We've already referred them to a friend struggling with an apartment radiator issue.

I've got to give huge thanks to Mid-city - they genuinely saved the day. As a renter, my landlord was dragging his feet, so I needed someone to call ASAP due to the sweltering heat. From that first conversation, I knew I was in good hands with their representative; he was super responsive, understanding, and kind. He managed to fit me in despite it being the day after July 4th, which is crazy busy for them.

The technician arrived about 30 minutes early and, boy, was he a pro! I had no idea my AC unit was on the roof - mind blown! He quickly got to work, diagnosed the issue (a new capacitor), and fixed it all in under 30 minutes. I'm still grateful (and my cat too!) for their speedy service.

I'd absolutely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for being there for Bronzeville - I was having a tough time finding someone reliable!
