We were referred to this company by our homeowners insurance, which recommended they assess both our air conditioning unit and furnace as part of a bundle quote. The technician arrived and completed the job as expected, taking photos and measurements. He promised we'd receive the estimate within 1-2 days, but two weeks went by with no update. We reached out to our insurance provider for assistance, only to discover they hadn't even submitted the quote. What's more, the insurance had to repeatedly contact them to get a response. They backed out of providing the service and quote without informing anyone. I'll also be submitting this review to the Better Business Bureau.

They fixed my heater when it wasn't working on the coldest day of February, arriving the next day. Inside, there was a mess from water and residue - they cleaned it out with hot water instantly restoring the unit's functionality. The service was efficient and effective.

We reached out to American Home Shield on Wednesday, after our furnace failed in the morning. A technician from Comfort Temp Heating & Air arrived on Thursday, identified the issue with a faulty gas valve, and had it replaced by Friday. We appreciated this timely resolution since temperatures were expected to drop to 12 degrees that Saturday. The technician's work was satisfactory, and we're grateful for his help and the service provided by Comfort Temp.

I had Comfort Temp Heating come to my home as part of a promotion with American Home Shield for a heating tune-up. My heater was working fine, but it made some noise, so I thought a tune-up was in order. I got an appointment quickly and the technician arrived, cleaned out various parts, said everything looked good, and left. The next morning, my house felt chilly, so I turned on the heat and discovered there wasn't any warmth coming from the vents. It appears I paid $100 to have someone break my otherwise working heater. When I tried to contact them for help, nobody got back to me, despite leaving multiple messages and even asking American Home Shield to intervene. I'm extremely disappointed that their technician caused my heater to stop working, and they're not standing behind their work. Now I'll need to pay another $100 for someone else to fix it. This is completely unacceptable. The photo shows the difference in energy use before and after the technician left, which is striking.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from your company. The only redeeming quality was the quick arrival of the technician, but that's about it.

The interaction with Joanna, the representative, was appalling. She spoke to my elderly mother in a profane manner over the phone and displayed utterly unprofessional behavior throughout our conversations. She ended calls three times when we were simply trying to understand the issue at hand, leaving us frustrated and confused.

Things took a turn for the worse when it became clear that her personal cell phone was being used for business purposes. The voicemail message, which mentioned working with children's intervention services, seemed completely out of place on a business line.

When the technician arrived, he claimed there was an electrical issue but couldn't provide any details or clarity to help us move forward with a resolution. He struggled to answer basic questions about the problem, leaving me feeling in the dark.

This experience has been an absolute waste of my time and has caused unnecessary stress for my elderly mother. I expect more from your company and demand a swift response regarding how this will be addressed.
