Instead of simply adding the cost of the part to the initial $180 fee, they're charging an additional $200+ on top of that, making it a total of over $400 for a 30-minute job. It's clear they're triple and quadruple dipping. Throughout the whole process, the technician was asking unnecessary questions about my schedule – a blatant attempt to nickel-and-dime me further.
