We worked with James at Cityscape for a total overhaul of a side lot next to our home. From design, to budget questions, to scheduling, install, quality check, to helping with next steps on how to take care of our yard, James and everyone I worked with was amazing. We are so happy with the final project and felt confident we were in good hands the entire way through.

Cityscape Landscape went above and beyond what we had dreamed for our city backyard! They removed our rotting wood deck and built a beautiful stone patio and faux wood landing. They also repaired our fence and installed safety rails around our backyard basement staircase and two new gates.

Their entire team was professional, considerate, thoughtful and dedicated. They were respectful of our neighbors, fielded all of our many questions, and were highly attentive to all of the details.

My two children are constantly asking to go play in the new yard because it has become such a kid-friendly, relaxing, and versatile space. It is an oasis in the city, and we couldn't be more pleased!

Mary and the team were top notch the entire way through this process. Mary answered all of my emails and calls quickly, she came out to meet me twice before we accepted the proposal, and was always available for all of my questions. The installers of my patio were incredibly fast and they did an outstanding job. It turned out even better than I expected. I now have added patio space, irrigation, and beautiful plants! I have been in the property management business for many years, and have done over a dozen remodels. I have very high expectations for contractors, and this team blew me away. They were efficient, professional, and excellent. Would 1000% percent recommend.

We recently decided to upgrade our outside patio with new pavers, and to also fix a water drainage issue we were having. Jon from Cityscape was incredibly fast with his responsiveness, and went through multiple options for our town home based on our budget. He was patient with us as we went through multiple colors and styles, which we appreciate. Once we had our selection set, the team was on site in a few days. Overall, they were able to finish the project in 2.5 days (our area in the South Loop is small, 400sf). The space looks great, drainage is fixed (they had to dig deep to fix the pitch), and we could not be happier. Highly recommend them!

I worked with Ed and his team last year to tear down and build a new deck for our backyard as well as clean up the backyard to have better drainage and landscaping. Ed knocked it out of the park. His team provided invaluable advice about the project at every step of the way and made recommendations that maximized the usefulness of the space. Tim C. at Cityscape went above and beyond to redesign the entire front lawn of our HOA in a large project. The entire front was leveled/graded and sprinklers, trees, low voltage lighting, and sod was added. Not only was Tim patient with working with a HOA, but his follow-ups post project, communication, and passion for doing great work was a wonderful experience which will leave our front yard looking great for the next couple of decades.

Jon Klaas and his team are incredible! This was my third project with Jon and he delivered again. This latest project included removing a beat up lawn in my front yard and replacing it with pavers, privacy shrubs and a bench as well. Jon as always was very responsive, helpful with recommendations on colors / design and efficient all around. Jon and crew got started on a Monday afternoon and wrapped up by Wednesday morning. I don't ever leave reviews for anything, but felt that Cityscape deserved the recognition so was inspired to leave my first ever review. I 100% recommend their services and plan to use them again for future projects.
