I’ve been using this landscaping company for the past few years and they’ve been excellent. Their service is top notch and their response times are always quick and reliable. Mariah and Ned are especially great to work with professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend!

We worked with Mariah at Landscape Concepts Management (LCM) over the last month to craft a landscape plan for our home. She has been fantastic. Extremely responsive, creative, and a great listener. She developed a plan within the budget we provided. We have hired LCM to do the plantings which we look forward to completing early this summer. Highly recommend.

As of July 11, 2023 still illegally using gas leaf blowers in Oak Park, Illinois (in my opinion).

Drivers need to go through drivers Education. Cameras are needed on those vehicles, scrapping citizens vehicles with them backing up those vehicles to turn around stop being lazy and go the right way. Hope yall hot Insurance. O stars.

Came through in a pinch when no one else was willing to guarantee a completion date in time for an event I was hosting. The work received many compliments. With some TLC the grass seems to be doing well, and I just did the first mow. Would hire again.

I hired Villafranca Landscaping to install new pavers in my back patio. Mr. Villafranca is professional and has extensive knowledge in his craft. It’s always best to hire a professional like him for these kind of jobs. He completed the job well within the timeframe that he gave me, just in time for summer parties. I liked his work so much that I asked him to redo my garden bed as well. Strongly recommend him for any landscaping work.

Villafranca Landscaping (Jorge) installed my backyard paver patio and walkway. He planted numerous trees and bushes and leveled the backyard with drainage as a consideration. I can say this with confidence, Jorge was always on time and does the job right. For example he excavates to the appropriate depth, levels and compacts the paver base ensuring the foundation will preserve the paver work. No corners cut and all at a fair price.

We were so glad that we found Jorge online and decided to have him help us with our paver patio and the gazebo. His price was cheaper than anyone else we called .And everything came out just perfect! We appreciate his work so much! We would recommend him to everyone now.

Jorge did excellent landscaping and hardscaping for me. He installed a large Holland paver patio and walkway and he installed mulch beds and fence posts. He beat out his competition in terms of his pricing, flexibility, and availability. The job took him roughly a week. He would show up early and work almost uninterrupted throughout the day, demonstrating superb professionalism throughout. I threw many curve balls at him and changed the plan several times as the job progressed. Each time he was flexible and helped me reassess my plan logically from a landscaping perspective. He was detail oriented, which added a touch of artistry to his work, particularly on the pavers. I highly recommend him for your next landscaping job!

I have enjoyed my patio space since Mr. Jorge installed it. It looks fabulous! I can tell you, Mr. Jorge was very respectful & patience with us during the selection process. He was helpful in the design, paver style & he cleans up well too.

This company SUCKS!!!! We have had injuries and pending lawsuits due to this LAZY Company. Stay away from them!!!!!!

I highly recommend them for any and all landscaping services.

Maybe don’t text and drive in busy traffic with the company logo on the vehicle

Inconsiderate workers block public streets

These guys must not be hurting for business. After an email last winter regarding snow removal to two inquiries this past month on landscaping and no reply, I will not seek them out again. A very large project missed.

Crew did an amazing job with our very over grown yard that deeply needed some care. So excited to have them come for regular maintenance now, 10/10 we couldn’t have done this ourselves!

Their communication and customer service are terrible. First, I submitted a query on their website requesting that they called me for a quote. No response for days. Then I stopped in to see if I could get a quote. Christina came out to the house the next morning and was helpful and friendly; I was encouraged. I conveyed to her that I was looking to move quickly for a fairly substantial residential landscaping design and install. A week later I heard nothing. I called the office and days later I received an email from Christina saying that she apologized for the delayed response and that a quote would be coming in a few hours. Days later, I had received nothing. I emailed, no response. I emailed again, no response. I emailed again, no response. I called, no response. Almost three weeks later, I received a quote with a couple lines for costs/installation and some pretty hefty prices relative to other firms. There was no detail on the quote to understand the costs, no design, nothing. Three weeks for this? No thank you. I don’t understand how this place is still in business. I called several other firms in the area and they were helpful, timely and communicated clearly.

They hit all the marks! Communicative, professional, quick, and high quality work. They created a patio of permeable paving, fixed the drainage issues and fixed my garden bed walls. My backyard never looked so good!
