It is so hard to find a reliable and honest plumbing company. Bubba & Wayne was recommended to us by a friend; It was a great recommendation. Placed a call on a Sunday and they returned my call first thing Monday morning. (This was not an emergency). I loved the fact that they always communicated with us. Kudos to their very sweet receptionist. There was no wondering if they were going to call us back or when they would show up. We had four gentlemen who solved our problem. They were very, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will use this company again for all our plumbing needs and I will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you, we are up and running again (as in all our water is running where it should be running...into the sewer).

BW&T saved us. Our building had a major sewage backup into our commercial units, just short of flooding our common areas with brown water. The first company we hired was unable to resolve our issue, claiming a broken pipe at our lateral main pipe (under the sidewalk) which would require excavation and $XXk for the work. Our HOA shut off the water to the building for 9 units for a weekend, causing massive headaches for families and out-of-town visitors.

I was scrambling to find a company that could attempt another clean out and coordinate excavation as necessary. I called 4 companies without any luck until we called BW&T. Not only were they able to schedule us in last-minute, they were able to clean out a tree root incursion in under an hour! They explained how the roots managed to breach the pipe as well as future mitigation options (installing a 6" clean out).

After 3 days shuffling family to the gym to shower and use the toilets, I can't thank Bubba Wayne & Tim enough. Strongly recommend!

Next day service (it wasn't an emergency -- yet). They arrived early and got the job done. This is the third time we've used Bubba, Wayne and Tim Sewer Service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent. Came out immediately. Coordinated with City inspector. And despite 311 saying that it was not the city's fault they located the cracked pipe in the middle of the street.

Guys did excellent job and price was fair. No problems at all since they replaced few feet of my main affected by roots .

We have been loyal customers of Bubba, Wayne, and Tim for years and highly recommend them. Once a year we have the main line sewer rodding done, but this year we had to have emergency work done, our connection from the gutter to the downspout was detached. They not only found the problem, but fixed it in a timely manner. See you next year!

If I could give 6 stars I would.....fast reliable service. Unfortunately I need this company a lot more than I would like too, but whenever I need them they are prompt and get the job done fast. Would totally recommend for all your plumbing needs.
