Our experience using this service was a nightmare - we got someone who took our money and just did more damage to our pipes after breaking open the ceiling, causing a ton of water to fall out all over our things and spilling over onto our hardwood floor. He didn't fix anything and added more stress on an already stressful situation. He made assumptions without asking us (assumed we owned the whole building instead of the unit) and was very unprofessional. He also didn't have any equipment (was asking us for an extension cord, a bucket, etc). Not totally sure what his name was - we thought it was Michael at first but he later said it was Ramon. Absolutely DO NOT use this service.

They went above and beyond to complete the task correctly. We've had terrible experiences in the past with other contractors, crews that fled at the first sign of trouble, but not with Goods. Chicago Plumber walked us through every concern and question, were pleasant throughout the entire process, and did not request payment until the task was completed. If I could, I would have awarded them more than five stars.

They dug down 7 feet to replace the drain line in the backyard. They put me in touch with a financing company called Marco, which paid for the service, and from which I now borrow money at manageable interest rates. All of my Landlord friends know to call Chicago Plumbing. Marco, you are so cool.

Marco and Clinton, the Chicago Plumbing specialists, did a fantastic job. Polite, friendly, and well-versed in their field. I trusted them completely, and they even cleaned up after themselves! I plan on rehiring Chicago Plumbing and asking for Marco and Clinton next time.

Our washing machine and shower both started backing up because of this clogged line. Clinton rocked. We came up with a strategy, and he worked really hard to implement it. He double-checked his completed work and tweaked it as necessary to ensure its perfect operation. He performed a fantastic job of sanitizing everywhere in our home that he had been. If we ever need The Chicago Plumbing again, I won't think twice about asking for Clinton again.

Chicago Plumbers has always been nice to us. They address all of our plumbing requirements during their initial visit. They also installed our furnace and air conditioning. They even installed a new, enhanced humidifier that is compatible with the app, despite the fact that online reviews for that model state that this is impossible. We're committed to these individuals. It is reassuring to know who to contact when we want or need something done.

Chicago Plumber organization cannot receive enough praise. They were trustworthy, affordable, and competent. Marco & Clinton arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They were contracted to replace a gas service line, and they did an excellent job. They coordinated all services and arrived on the agreed-upon date. Additionally, they took care of our lawn and driveway with minimal disturbance. These men are hard-working and productive. But most importantly, they are decent, hardworking people. Since our relocation, we have been searching for a plumber, and we intend to use them in the future. We would strongly recommend this business.

Nice, prompt service. Very expensive, though, ~$800/hour by my estimate, so discuss price before having them come.

This is a medical dental facility we got problems at the patient toilets ! We call them and they answered directly! It was a Saturday and I wasn’t expecting that good and fast service! Josh was amazing and Pete was really understanding of the situation and the need of fast service! Excellent job ! Thank you
