HorVer recently replaced my malfunctioning tankless hot water heater with a new one. It was a bit complicated to find one that could fit in the existing space, but he found a perfect solution. Through the whole process, Arslan was easy to communicate with (very quick text responses). He was also on time, both for the estimate and for the install. He is an approved Rinnai Pro (which means you get a better warranty from Rinnai). He was also able to work within my budget, with a very competitive price compared to a few other companies we also spoke with. I would absolutely recommend him, and will definitely use his services again!

We are a small condo association. One of our units had a gas leak. Horver LLC came out on a Sunday, did pressure tests and diagnosed the source of the leak. The repair involved opening walls and replacing gas piping.

Met Arslan through my son while he was replacing his hot water tank. My tank was of the same age (see pic) and need replacement as well. I asked Arslan is the middle of my son's job if he could go to my house afterwards and replace my water heater. He was able to go directly to my home and in a couple hours replace my hot water heater, gas valve on dryer and tightened my kitchen faucet. The last two items were item he saw that needed to be addressed and he had the tools/ parts in the truck already.

We reached out to Arslan when we had a gas leak last fall. We ended having to redo the gas piping and it took 4-5 days to complete. Arslan was very communicative and empathetic to our situation. He ensured the work was completed swiftly, which was a blessing because we were without heat.

First off Arslan answered immediately. I called after hours on a Friday and he set my appointment for 8am. Arslan arrived at 745am ready to work. He did a thorough evaluation of my gas line and told me what needed to be done. He was very detailed in his explanation and gave me 2 options. He told me what was best for my basements layout. Arslan provided a very fair price and got the job done fast. He then tested the gas pressure and made sure my dryer hook up was working properly. I asked him about additional plumbing for my upstairs bathroom. He came an assessed that situation and did a quick fix for me. I am very happy with the service and professionalism of this company. We had a gas leak in our condo and HorVer handled our job incredibly fast and professionally after a few larger companies refused or quoted ridiculous prices due to the age of the building. They came within two hours of my initial call, worked diligently, and communicated thoroughly. They finished an entire gas line replacement in less than two days. Very satisfied with the job they did and will certainly be my first call for any future work.

Came home on a Saturday night and smelled gas in my condo - never a good feeling! People’s Gas shut off the gas to all units on my side of the building, but HarVen came out first thing Monday morning and got right to work. Arslan and his team found and fixed the leak, replaced the main pipe and one in our basement near the meters and had everything done in a few hours. People’s Gas came back the next morning, inspected it and turned our gas back on. Super professional, fast, and friendly - highly recommend HarVen.
