Great service. Very knowledgeable staff. I just bought a house with an inoperable gas fireplace. Come to find the gas pipe was cut to prevent operation. Had 2 other plumbing companies come out and said there was a leak and the whole gas line had to be replaced at a cost of $6,000 plus. Arlan and his crew came out on a Saturday, pressure tested the gas line, found no leak and repaired the pipe saving several thousands of dollars without tearing up any drywall or my brick fireplace. Highly recommend these guys. Their specialty is repairing gas lines nothing else.

These guys truly saved my life. I called them at the very last minute for a gas leak emergency, and they were at my home within a couple of hours. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Arslan came out to my house in Schaumburg that was over an hour away. I originally was looking for a quote to replace my old hot water tank with a tankless. He was able to look at my 1/2" piping and determined that installing a very expensive tankless would be less than ideal with my size of piping.
He instead provided me a quote to replace my old tank with a new one. He was also able to determine my gas line was not to code and required a longer sediment trap and shutoff valve.
With the limited space and all the effort Arslan and his employee worked for 4 hours to remove, repair and install all items that needed to be addressed.
I would definitely recommend him to friends and family in the future.

I don’t typically write reviews but Arslan is the best guy you can find. He is incredibly nice and good at what he does. No complaining just getting straight to solving the problem. My gas flex connected had to be changed and the area was very difficult to reach. He somehow figured out a way to solve the problem. I plan to use him for everything plumbing issue I have in the future/ HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!

I recently hired HorVer after discovering a serious gas leak that necessitated re-piping my entire rusty 100-year-old gas pipes in my home. The team, led by the owner, was incredibly efficient and clearly masters of their craft. They were very considerate when cutting off dry wall for re-piping, so repairing drywall was less of a headache for me. I am very grateful that drywall repair is not going to be a huge pain especially after re-piping entire 3 units
The re-piping for entire home (basement, first floor and second floor) took them 3 days. They were here from on time from 8 am to 6:30 pm. Their expertise and craftmanship resulted in my new pipes being expertly installed and future-proofed. The owner’s personal care and attention to detail shines through in the finished project.

The price for such an extensive, high-quality job was very fair. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend them to anyone needing expert, reliable plumbing services.

HORVER IS THE BEST!! I had a super old gas valve that wouldn’t turn…honestly didn’t know who to call. The folks at Horver said they’d be by in an hour. Horver Gas Piping was called to investigate and repair various gas leaks. Our building is more than 100 yrs old so the gas pipes were corroded and needed replacing. Arslan and his team were very professional, polite and kind. They worked very hard for long hours to remove the old pipes and replace them with new, trying their best to minimize cutting through walls to get it done. Where they did have to cut, they cut neatly for easier repair. They were very good about leaving the work areas clean when they left and made sure that their work was well done and passed their own high standards and testing. They obviously take great pride in their work. I recommend them highly.

Arslan is a life saver. I have a multi unit that had a substantial gas leak. He answered right away and was at my property within the hour. He had to replace the whole gas line and finished within 2 days, allowing my tenants to regain fast access to heat and hot water. Referring this amazing small business to all real estate investors. Sent a message through the website last night, Arslan called me this morning and the work was done by end of the day. I had a ventless gas fireplace that wasn’t great and had made me feel unsafe for 18 years and now it’s gone. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Cannot recommend HorVer more. Had a surprise leak in my condo that had to shut my gas off. He was over here in less than an hour to diagnose. Once finding the issue he had a plan to fix, which included having to work with the below unit to cut a hole in the ceiling to access the gas pipe. During the whole process he explained everything to me and showed me the leak. Once he fixed and tested it for efficacy, he cleaned everything up to the way it was before. He offered a very fair price and was understanding of the situation, he even fixed a small water heater issue for free because he saw it was not done right!

So thrilled to have come across Arslan and HorVer. I am a board member for a 21-unit condo building in Rogers Park. We had an urgent situation with a gas leak that disrupted our building, and we received the runaround from another vendor who came out to take a look. After about a week of no gas access and no clear ETA on when it could possible be addressed, I did some additional research and came across HorVers info online and gave a call (late in the evening). Arslan answered immediately - we spoke through the situation, I sent along some pictures and the notice we received from Peoples Gas. Arslan provided insight and perspective that was extremely valuable. The very next morning, after taking the night to digest, I called Arslan again, ready to proceed. Arslan came out to our property that same morning to review/assess and give me an estimate... and we scheduled time for Arslan and his team to come out to do the work a little later that day. All was resolved quite quickly! (Turned out to be a leak in the wall related to my old gas fireplace - scary and not at all the direction the previous vendors were going in.) I greatly appreciated the responsiveness, speed, and accuracy HorVers demonstrated during this very stressful situation. I also very much appreciated how Aslan answered all of my many questions patiently, talked out loud as he was investigating/assessing the related areas (making me aware of his full thought process), presented various options with pros and cons, incorporated my thoughts and feedback, and ultimately solved the problem. Arslan was AMAZING! Every winter, our tankless hot water heater got a mystery error and the hot water would shut off. We have had the tank serviced multiple times over the years and no one was able to identify the problem. We had a hunch that it was the gas pressure. Sure enough, Arslan spent 10 minutes looking at the issue, correctly assessed the situation, and was able to fix the problem in a few hours. He was responsive and super friendly. We're so grateful for him!

Mr Arslan of HorVer LLC took the time and had the expertise to carefully investigate an issue with my tankless water heater that other plumbers had failed to correctly identify. Instead of jumping to the first conclusion based on the first symptom (as others had done), he worked carefully to eliminate alternative explanations.

He and (presumably) his son were a delight to work with as well. It is wonderful to be served by experts who genuinely and intrinsically care about the quality of systems they leave clients with.

And now I and my family can take showers without having the water turn cold after a couple of minutes.

HorVer came out to help us with an error code on our Rinnai tankless water heater. Arslan was prompt, knew exactly what he was doing with the system and helped solve our problem quickly. I had some trouble finding someone who knew Rinnai tankless water heaters so was very happy when he showed up and knew exactly what to do. We’re now able to use our hot water reliably again! We hired Arslan to check the gas hookups on our dryer since a previous company we hired didn't reattach them properly. Arslan discovered that we had a gas leak and was able to fix it promptly. He also checked the gas hookups on our stove. Overall, he did a solid job with pride and professionalism.

Another 5-star review for HorVer Gas Piping & Repair! One week ago I smelled gas in my basement so I called People's Gas. They came out and found several leaks in our gas lines, so they shut off the gas, leaving us without heat or hot water in the middle of a 20-degree Chicago winter. I've owned my 100-year old bungalow for 20 years and had never made a repair to the gas pipes before. We found Mr. Arslan's website online and called him based on his many 5-star reviews, and I'm glad I did. He came out immediately and after testing the gas lines he recommended a complete replacement due to the fact that our pipes had been patched in many places, and new lines would reduce the number of connections, thereby reducing the chances of future leaks. He offered what we thought was a fair price and went to work with his assistant immediately. He gave us a couple of space heaters to keep our family of four warm through the night, and he recommended we run a trickle of water at the faucet overnight so the pipes wouldn't freeze. The next day, Sunday, he came right on time, 8:00 am as promised, with two workers. They finished the job so quickly that I was able to call People's Gas by noon to ask them to come out and restore our gas. We had heat and hot water by the evening. That was a week ago and we haven't had any problems at all. We are extremely happy with the work Mr. Arslan did for us, and on top of it I have to say he's a pretty cool guy and we enjoyed talking to him while he was in our home. Call HorVer when you need gas piping repair--you will be glad you did! They do great work in a timely manner!
