Update to my review - they are very nice and prompt - however the solution they came up with means I have to remove my whole fireplace and have new marble hearth installed. I had 2 new plumbers/ contractors come to tell me how to fix the pipe sticking out in front of the fireplace- they both said “hack job”. I was charged 1400 for this solution- which to be fair - will bring gas to the fireplace - but then we are stuck with this huge ugly pipe in front. They were courteous and responsive. If you have a plumbing job that doesn’t require esthetics - then fine - but I was told I was massively overcharged for what they did. I called and tried to resolve this but I was told nothing was wrong and I misunderstood the solution.

These guys were fantastic. They came out within a few hours of me calling regarding my fireplace gas leak and created a solution. Very lovely folks to work with.

Fantastic plumber! Outstanding work. Has all the good equipment and great team. Works very hard and turns up finishing job. We completed top to button full replacement of old galvanized pipe to new copper throughout our 100 year old Andersonville home. While we were in there completely renewed gas pipe too and installed state of art tankless hot water heater. Arslan is a terrifically focused professional plumber.

Summary:
Absolutely phenomenal and highly recommended, without caveat.
I don't know if I could have found someone cheaper because this was a dire emergency and I had no time to shop around, but I have zero regrets - even if cheaper options do exist, I wouldn't want to take them. HorVer gave me a FAR better gas piping system than what I previously had - for the price of an emergency repair, I got a major upgrade instead.

Detail:
It's mid-January, early Saturday evening of a long holiday weekend, and the gas company comes to read the meter. They find many leaks in my basement and have no choice but to shut off the gas and lock the meter. I start calling plumbers. HorVer is the second one I try and the first one to answer. Within the hour, despite his plans to leave on an overseas vacation the very next day, the company's owner is here to inspect and evaluate the piping. We have an extensive project before us - I have a large house with 10 gas appliances and a very complicated piping system. About half of that system is original to the house (i.e., 90+ years old). There is so much old piping and so many unnecessary lines and fittings that the fastest and cheapest way to fix it is to tear everything out and start from scratch - I already knew this because the gas company employee had told me as much.
Despite the vast scope of the project, its complexity, and the emergency nature of it, the price was quite reasonable and fair.
I made a down payment, found a warm place for my wife and daughter to stay for a few days, and the HorVer guys got to work first thing the next morning.
I stayed at the house the entire time because we have many pets at home. This gave me the opportunity to watch HorVer work and to evaluate the progress as it happened.
The workers were polite, courteous, clean, and very efficient, but most importantly, they were consummate professionals extremely skilled in their craft.
The situation in which I had so abruptly and unexpectedly found myself carried a substantial expense and considerable hardship, but HorVer made it sting a whole lot less by giving me a major upgrade instead of a simple replacement. They didn't just give me the same thing I already had, but without leaks - no, instead, I got an entirely new and modern gas plumbing system. The new piping has less than 2/3 total length as the old, with about half as many fittings, and with larger diameter pipes - thus, with fewer failure points and lower pressures, I can rest easy knowing that I won't have to worry about any gas piping issues for as long as I live here.
To the extent that the new piping is visible, it looks great - one fat main line with branches running straight to their appliances as directly as practicable. HorVer kept the demolition work as minimal as reasonably possible and they paid close attention to detail - e.g., I got a new stove a couple of years ago and I hadn't been able to push it flush against the wall due to gas piping protruding from the floor; without me ever mentioning this, HorVer set up the new piping in such a way that I am now able to push the stove all the way back and get rid of that annoying gap. Likewise, without my input, they put valves and unions in all the right places, so if I ever need to add more appliances or do other maintenance, it can easily be done without having to hack away at any of this beautiful new piping.
I should also mention that HorVer provided me with two large space heaters for the duration of the gas outage - with these two units supplementing two others that I already had, and despite the extreme cold, my pets and I stayed reasonably warm, my water pipes kept flowing, and (with very few exceptions) I even managed to keep our 200+ tropical plants alive.

Proactive and good at solving a problem that other companies weren’t able to solve. Totally recommended!

Lincoln seeerage has been maintaining my catch basin for 30 years. They do a great job and I never had a problem with them ..

no call, no showed for an emergency visit. dispatcher had no insight into problem and service guy never called to follow up. i would be really careful about using them. they had done some sewer line work us in the past and did absolutely nothing to mitigate dust despite jackhammer work.

Very honest and professional company. I have used them as a GC and my own home. Today they stepped it up, came out on a holiday weekend on a Sunday even with no extra charge. Repaired the issue and Done, problem solved. Thanks !

Robert and his crew do quality work at a fair price. We have been using them for years to do everything from rodding to replacement of a damaged mainline and they are always on time, polite and most importantly, HONEST. I won’t let anyone else but these guys touch my sewers.

We hired this company to scope the pipes prior to buying a house. They reassured us everything was great. Two weeks after we moved in, the basement got flooded due to sewer line blockage. They examined the pipes again and said they could not figure out what was wrong without excavating the pipe (which would cost several thousand) . We hired another company. And they discovered tree roots in the pipe blocking it right away. The folks from the other company could not believe those pipes were scoped by Lincoln Sewerage, not once, but twice (according to them and what we paid them to do), and they did not see those roots... The pipe was totally blocked. We could see it very clearly on the camera with the people from the other company. They documented everything, took photos and videos. It is very questionable that section was scoped at all by Lincoln Sewerage. If it were scoped, the job was botched and definitely not done professionally. Roots did not grow into the pipe and broke it overnight... Besides that, Lincoln Sewerage refused to provide us any written report from two inspections... Which is definitely violation of customers' rights. We are looking at thousands of dollars to replace the pipes and flooring in the basement because of their incompetence and negligence. We have legal help now. And will be filing complaints with Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission as well. To drop the ball is one thing. But the fact they would not admit to it and would just not reply to us is totally unprofessional, rude, dismissive. After we paid them in full for what was never delivered. It is going to cost us in time and expenses, but we were told we have a case. And we do believe in doing what is wright. Luckily, we have people from the other, reputable company, who are willing to help us out. That way, hopefully, Lincolns treat other customers better, if they stay in business for long enough with this kind of attitude. Which is neither professional nor customer oriented... But for now, we would recommend that you take your hard earned money to people who do business honestly, are professional, tell the truth, and do not dismiss and ignore you after they take your money. You have been warned. It is going to cost you more to get legal help later, when you end up with broken pipes and flooded basement, than to just hire someone honest now. We wish we knew that before. Ironically, they were recommended to us by our real estate agent...

Our condo building has been having Lincoln Sewerage come to our building the past 5 years or so, to rod out our sewer lines every summer - and also a few times when we've other other sewer-related issues. They've always been unfailingly polite, work quickly, show up on time, communicate clearly, do great work, and don't charge an arm and a leg. There has even been a few times when they went out of their way to save me money.

I give this company my highest possible recommendation. I really have no complaints whatsoever, and how often can you say that about a contractor?

We've been using Lincoln Sewerage & Drain for the last 5 years, and they've always been prompt, reasonably priced and honest in their work. Would recommend them to anybody in the city!

These guys tried to clear a clog in my downstairs neighbor's kitchen sink by snaking from my cleanout (they were too lazy to deal with the water that had accumulated in the downstairs sink). Afterwards, my sink was suddenly messed up. It had gone from draining fine to being severely backed up.

I got their number from my neighbor and called them back out, but they wouldn't acknowledge that they may have caused the issue by disturbing/compacting things when they'd snaked down my line. I had them try to clear the clog anyway because I just wanted it done, but they were unsuccessful. They said they'd come back the next day with new tools, but they never showed up and never called. All of my calls and texts that day were ignored. I even called their dispatcher at the office multiple times and she tried reaching out to them but also never heard back.

Long story short, I called a different plumber and he solved the problem. He agreed with me that these guys likely disturbed my pipe when they unnecessarily snaked the line. Whether they did or not can never be known, but regardless, I had a bad experience with these guys all around and cannot recommend.

Our kitchen faucet handle broke and it became difficult to use. Their specialists replaced the faulty faucet parts. Now the sink works smoothly without any issues. I’m very happy with the service.

The main problem we had was weak water pressure in the kitchen faucet. A plumbing technician inspected the aerator and supply line. He cleaned the buildup inside the faucet. The pressure is normal again.

Utility sink faucet started dripping constantly. Their specialists replaced the cartridge quickly. Faucet works smoothly again.

The water filtration system installation made a noticeable improvement in water quality which is evident in daily use.

A broken faucet made washing dishes impossible until I called this plumbing service and their plumber repaired it and I want to praise the plumber for the smooth fix.

Their experts team handled a slab leak repair under our living room floor and the plumber explained every step which really helped us understand the situation.
