Came when said they would. Finished early, perfect job and cleanup.

I called them after they closed. So I left a message explaining my sewer issue. They called back first thing in the morning and were available that morning. They remedied the problem quickly and professionally.
A week later I had a question about something related to catch basin cleaning. Once again they got back to me promptly and answered my question. A pleasure to do business with professionals.

This is a Family Owned and Operated business. For two generations I’ve used their services and they’re as ethical today as the first day they opened their doors.
Everyone is treated equally and fairly regardless of whether you’re in Lincoln Park, East or west Lakeview, Uptown It doesn’t matter.
They’re the definition of the good old days, if more businesses operated like Buba’s the world would be a much better place than it is today.

We had major problems due to all the rain last month so we wound up calling Bubba & Wayne who were referred to us by a co-worker. They came out, did the job, cleaned up, and that was that. It rained again pretty heavily after they did the work and we had no problems whatsoever. Nicely done and deserving of a 5 star review.

Bobba and Wayne weren’t able to fix my sink. They asked for 250$ to get my sink from slow draining to black nasty standing water. They basically made things worst. They weren’t able to put pipes back together properly twice so now I don’t only have standing water But a leaky pipe too. They weren’t able to find the basin so they left. I told them that my sink was leaking and had been bad for the past days. They didn’t even look at it they just left. I do not recommend this experience to anyone. Do not contract them they lack professionalism. Bobba and Wayne came 3 times and made things worst they aren’t able to fix the problem.

Edit. Rescue Plumbing was able to come in 1 days notice and found the catch basin in 10 min.

Tim and his crew worked hard and quickly to solve our sewer issue. We love working with them as a local business! They explain everything in detail and always arrive promptly.

I have use Bubba & Wayne a couple times now. They are prompt, thorough & very reasonably priced! This past weekend we had a back up in our tenants bathroom. They came out and rodded out the line, then determined it needed to be hydro-jetted. They said they'd be back the next morning at 8am and showed up at 7:30! I can't recommend Bubba & Wayne enough! They are my go to sewer guys!!!

Was referred to them by a friend who does a lot of work himself and is very picky when it comes to who he selects as contractors/tradespeople. They were able to come the next day (within the time window they provided) and solved the issue quickly and efficiently. Pricing was reasonable which is really all you can expect from quality vendors these days.

Bubba Wayne & Tim did a great job for us. Installed a cistern & sewage backflow valves in the basement and rerouted a drain (just in case). I've never mopped up water from basement again! And it cost less than we thought!
That was a few years back - B&W&T have come back every year for the maintenance. Weather's gotten worse and worse but we have no trouble with a flooded basement.

I would highly recommend Bubba, Wayne and Tim sewer service to anyone needing this type of work done. All the people in their office and crew are exceptional! We had a problem discovered during the inspection for the sale of our home and we needed work done by a certain date. They were extremely accommodating and the work performed was top notch!
