We did not use this company because cost was crazy high for what was needed

Called to schedule service but rep tried to upsell me on a 150 yearly service plan that eliminates service fees. I asked why their service fees aren't applied toward total service which is standard practice in Chicago. He explained that their service fee (125) is charged regardless of service.
No thanks.

These great folks came out to take a look at an issue I was having within 24 hours, gave an honest outlook on the problem and excellent advice. I received a fair estimate of what it would take to correct the issue as well. I am happy about shopping around for great estimates. I am glad I called them. Jim's Rodding is great, thanks.

We needed several things done that I would call “maintenance”. Mike was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job. He got most of the work done but due to some unforeseen problems we will need to have him back after some items are ordered. I highly recommend San toff. They are a pleasure to work with, honest and fairly priced.

Mike was great, very efficient and left all three bathrooms the way he found them. The toilet and tubs finally work great. We couldn't have asked for a better experience as he got here early on a Saturday morning and completed the job quickly. We will absolutely use Mike and Jim's Rodding again if the need ever arises.

For a clog in my kitchen sink, I called Jim's Rodding. The technician was well-informed, professional, and skilled. He did a fantastic job! He unclogged our drain in a matter of minutes and was extremely pleasant and professional. He patiently explained everything and answered all of my questions. If I have another plumbing problem, I will definitely call them. Strongly suggested!!!

He gave me good advice on how to maintain my water heater. His charges were very fair. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Jim's was amazing! He was very personable, knowledgeable and honest. He scoped the pipes with a camera to determine what service was needed and inspected all areas thoroughly to make the best recommendation; he even went on the roof to make sure the vent was proper! In the end he determined we didn't need any service at the moment and didn't charge anything. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a service provider at my home. I would recommend Jim's to anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you!!!

Pete and Noah were great to work with. They got here on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, all with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Sam & Rick came to fix a broken pipe in my kitchen, super fast, very informative when they were finished and work was perfect. Called late Wednesday and they came Thursday morning, quick response and very professional.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I called to get help with our garage disposal and the quote was insanely high. Called someone else and they did the work for more than half the price. DO NOT USE RESCUE PLUMBING

Pete and Noah were great! Had a clog that went down all the way to the main line - 35 feet. It’s totally unclogged now. They did a great job.

Don & Logan came out & were able to fix our issue quickly.We hadn't had luck with other plumbing companies in even getting someone to answer the phone so having someone able to come out the same day was great.Thank you for your attentiveness & explaining everything to us clearly.Definitely will be recommending to others.
