They have come to our house twice now for emergency plumbing and did an excellent job!

Whenever I need a plumber to handle any of my buildings needs I only call RooterFlush. Geart Price, fast service, friendly and honest guys. I have been using then for over 10 years.

Never do the "Hydro" rooter. It costs almost 10x as much as a regular rooter, and the results are the same. These guys guaranteed me that the hydro rooter would take care of the issue. $1200 later, they left me in the exact spot I was before - with sewage backing up into my basement. I ended up going with Rooter Right, and they actually helped fix the issue.

As a new homeowner, flooding problems were a nightmare. I have a multi unit building and the struggle to keep the water away from my tenants unit was immense. Omar came in the middle of the night during a flood and made sure we were taken care of. He helped installed a new flood control until to avoid any water getting into my home. He even went above and beyond to ensure all the city issues with the sewer blockage were taken care of. For any plumbing needs I always recommend using Rooter Flush!

Excellent customer service. I am a real estate agent that owns a few homes. Another developer client recommended him. I have a basement that’s been getting seepage for years. And then flooded. He came over when he said he would & recommended and installed French drain’s and a pit in the front of my home. I’ve never had another problem again and it’s been two years. Thanks Omar! Ps. I have since confidently recommended him to several with successful results. I appreciate that he shows up and does what he says he’s going to do at a fair price.

On 7/15/24 my basement flooded after the tornadoes. Roto flush came out. I was never informed that the City should be present or that a permit would be needed. They preformed a hydroblast and found a broken pipe. This issue has been under investigation with the city since that day due to work that the city did on my side of the property line. The city is now informing me that in order to move forward this company needs to come back with a permit with them present in order for the city to document what process was taken. We called and informed this company of what was being requested and that the city needs them to contact them to set up an appointment.
This company is now trying to charge me additional $750 on top of the $850 that was originally charged. Stating the issue is mine not the cities which isn’t up to this company to decide as I have an open investigation with the city due to them having a contractor (The Lead Initiative Program) performing work inside my home. The only thing he needed to do was schedule the appointment. I had no problem with paying for the permit but to be asked to pay for a service that was not done correctly to being with is absolutely a rip off. Then to be told he can’t work with me because I’m being difficult for asking questions and getting upset because the answers don’t make sense is absolutely wrong and unprofessional. He had one job to do and money was the only motivator not the client and any potential issues that would come up later.
Yes I informed him that day that I was waiting for the city. But I guess you get what you pay for because he gave me the $850 after Roto Rooter gave me another price as they both arrived at the same time. The city finally has picked up my paperwork and now I have to pay more money because of some money hungry person. I’m definitely going to look into the legality of this as I’ve learned this was not the proper steps for this company to take and they knew this before doing the work. So I’ll be out of additional funds and possibly lose any hope of the city actually paying for their error. -
We were coming towards the end of our home inspection window when our plumber canceled the sewer scope at the last minute. My Realtor reached out to Rooter Flush and they came and got the job done! They were professional, thorough, and provided the report in a quick turnaround time. They are responsive, dependable, and we will be using them for future services going forward.

We had a sewer pipe back up and flood our basement in the middle of the night. Turned out it had collapsed. Long story short, that happened on December 1st or 2nd, 2024 and by December 3rd we had all knew PVC pipes and a outdoor access installed.
I forgot to write this review back then. Today someone asked for a plumber recommendation and these guys were the first to come to mind so I figured I'd finally throw a review up with some pics and videos of them working
Edit (4/7/26): Had another plumbing issue and used these folks again. Still 5 stars. -
Quality Service & Pricing. Highly recommend.

Be carefull with this company. They sent me a white guy name John Madden and he overcharged me for not even half hour of work and walked away without fixing the problem. Hes old and useless.
-
We regularly hire Drain King for our property management needs, and they are always prompt, reliable, and fairly priced. Their team is professional, responsible, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
-
They severly overcharge! I would recommend using them for an estimate then use someone else to complete the job.
***Updated comment*** After seeing the reply to my previous comment I realized that this company was used as a Subcontractor. Four Seasons is the company that severely overcharges. I will change my rating to 3stars because they had nothing to do with the prices and did complete the job. I would've given more stars but since they just accused me of creating a fake account that was a very unprofessional way to respond -
Bert came in and inspect the line with the Camara all it need was to be ratted out instead of somebody else told me it need to be replace he also help the the city inspector

I had this service today they were professional by getting the employees all the details that they need giving you a call half an hour away to make sure you are home . Very clean and have everything they need with them . Also they give you the quote infront no heading cost. And very affable and honest . He told me straight away if I did the second option it will be more cost to me and will have a minor different I appreciate the honesty .They wipe everything after they are done so it is a great thing .
